Background And Objective: Few-shot learning has emerged as a key technological solution to address challenges such as limited data and the difficulty of acquiring annotations in medical image classification. However, relying solely on a single image modality is insufficient to capture conceptual categories. Therefore, medical image classification requires a comprehensive approach to capture conceptual category information that aids in the interpretation of image content.

Unrelated pathogens, including viruses and bacteria, use a common short linear motif (SLiM) to interact with cellular kinases of the RSK (p90 S6 ribosomal kinase) family. Such a "DDVF" (D/E-D/E-V-F) SLiM occurs in the leader (L) protein encoded by picornaviruses of the genus , including Theiler's murine encephalomyelitis virus (TMEV), Boone cardiovirus (BCV), and Encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV). The L-RSK complex is targeted to the nuclear pore, where RSK triggers FG-nucleoporins hyperphosphorylation, thereby causing nucleocytoplasmic trafficking disruption.

Background: Survivors of critical illness frequently face physical, cognitive and psychological impairments after intensive care. Sensorimotor impairments potentially have a negative impact on participation. However, comprehensive understanding of sensorimotor recovery and participation in survivors of critical illness is limited.

Background: The potential association between dietary inflammatory index (DII) and colorectal cancer (CRC) risk, as well as colorectal adenomas (CRA) risk, has been extensively studied, but the findings remain inconclusive. We conducted this systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis to investigate the relationship between the DII and CRC and CRA.
Methods: We comprehensively searched the PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases for cohort and case-control studies reporting the relationship between DII and CRA, or between DII and CRC, as of 15 July 2025.

Background And Purpose: Low-level light therapy (LLLT) has been shown to modulate recovery in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI). However, the longitudinal impact of LLLT on brain metabolites has not been studied. The purpose of this study was to use magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) to assess the metabolic response of LLLT in patients with moderate TBI at acute (within 1 week), subacute (2-3 weeks), and late-subacute (3 months) recovery phases.
