Background: Interventions tackling the social aspects of tuberculosis (TB) are widely suggested, yet we miss insights into how policies incorporate these. The language and framing of policies to address TB can lend important insights into how these social drivers are perceived, problematized, and responded to.
Objective: To understand how discourses in current TB policies frame social dimensions of TB, especially concepts of social inequity, gender, and stigma.

There have been major changes in the understanding of gynecologic malignancies in recent years, leading to new therapy options and subsequently to greater responsibilities for every professional treating those patients. The most significant therapeutic advances were achieved with checkpoint inhibitors (CPI), especially for endometrial and cervical cancer. In ovarian cancer the dominant and most important new substances are poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPi).

BackgroundNeuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS) progress differently among individuals with autosomal dominant familial frontotemporal dementia (FTD) caused by genetic mutations in granulin (+) or chromosome 9 open reading frame 72 (+).ObjectiveTo determine whether these differences begin prior to the onset of dementia, we compared the longitudinal rates of change of NPS among +, +, and noncarrier controls in the predementia phase. Additionally, we assessed whether the NPS changes were correlated with gray matter (GM) volume loss or white matter signal abnormalities (WMSAs) on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Background: Movement behavior strongly mediates species and environment interactions, yet our understanding is constrained by challenges tracking space use at fine spatiotemporal resolutions.
Methods: Using an automated telemetry array, we quantified variation in and drivers of space use for a nonbreeding population of migratory bird, the American redstart Setophaga ruticilla.
Results: We identified two distinct and common behaviors - territoriality and floating,- that were governed primarily by NDVI as a proxy of resource availability.

The cultivation of grapevines has spanned millennia, leading to thousands of varieties through exchanges, mutations, and crosses between genotypes, as well probably as gene flow from wild populations. These varieties are typically categorized by regional origin and primary use, either for wine production or fruit consumption. France, within the Western European group, hosts many of the world's renowned wine grape varieties.
