Previous research has investigated the effectiveness of the "Tweet the Meeting" campaign, but the relationship between tweet content and the number of retweets has not been fully evaluated. We analyzed the number of tweets and retweets during the Japanese Circulation Society's 2022 annual meeting. The ambassador group had significantly more session- and symposium-related tweets than the non-ambassador group (P<0.001), associated with the nubmer of retweets. Symposium-related tweets with figures generated more retweets than those without figures (mean [±SD] 3.47±3.31 vs. 2.48±1.94 retweets per tweet, respectively; P=0.001). The study revealed that official meeting-designated Twitter ambassadors disseminate more educational content than non-ambassadors, and generated more retweets.

Background: By increasing exposure to drug-related advertisements, the illicit digital drug trade promotes drug normalization and eases access to substances, increasing the likelihood of initiation. Social media platforms play an increasingly important role in facilitating the online substance trade by leveraging encrypted communications and user-friendly interfaces to advertise a large variety of readily available substances. Despite its growing importance, there is a paucity of research conducted in Thailand that aims to determine the types of substances, marketing strategies, and public health risks linked to drugs advertised on social media.

Background: HIV remains a global challenge, with stigma, financial constraints, and psychosocial barriers preventing people living with HIV from accessing health care services, driving them to seek information and support on social media. Despite the growing role of digital platforms in health communication, existing research often narrowly focuses on specific HIV-related topics rather than offering a broader landscape of thematic patterns. In addition, much of the existing research lacks large-scale analysis and predominantly predates COVID-19 and the platform's transition to X (formerly known as Twitter), limiting our understanding of the comprehensive, dynamic, and postpandemic HIV-related discourse.

Background: Engaging patients, care partners, and others in research planning and conduct is increasingly valued. However, identifying the most effective ways to do so remains a challenge.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate participation and participant experience using 3 engagement methods with the Low-Grade Glioma (LGG) Registry's Optimizing Engagement in Discovery of Molecular Evolution of Low-Grade Glioma (OPTIMUM) project, part of the National Cancer Institute's Participant Engagement and Cancer Genome Sequencing Network.
