Exposure to traumatic events is common amongst children from refugee backgrounds. Given the restricted access of refugee children to formal specialist resources and disrupted parental support mechanisms in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), teachers are increasingly expected to be the primary responders to the complex psychosocial needs of trauma-exposed refugee children. However, despite LMICs hosting over two-thirds of the world's refugee children, our current knowledge of how teachers respond to these needs is predominantly drawn from studies conducted in well-resourced, high-income countries, which fails to capture the unique experiences of teachers in inadequately resourced schools in LMICs.

This paper conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of 25 microbiology course outlines from 23 domestic universities in China, focusing on the structure of prerequisite courses. The study finds that microbiology course outlines typically include basic course information, objectives, content, teaching methods, resources, assessment, and scheduling. Reasonable prerequisite course settings are vital for clarifying logical relationships among courses in talent training programs, organizing key and challenging knowledge systems, and enhancing university course quality.

Summary Background Data: Research on the culture of general surgery residency training programs has primarily focused on examining individual parameters, such as mistreatment and burnout, rather than comprehensively analyzing the overall culture, climate, or learning environment.
Methods: Five databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, CINAHL, APA PsycInfo) were searched.

Few studies have investigated how teachers and principals can be supported in promoting healthy lifestyle behaviours in the preschool setting and whether a digital support tool could be a way forward. This study aimed to explore preschool teachers' and principals' perceptions, needs, and prerequisites for promoting healthy lifestyle behaviours, as well as their preferences for a potential digital support.
