In the reset state, the decay reaction mechanism and bipolar switching properties of vanadium oxide thin film RRAM devices for LRS/HRS are investigated and discussed here. To discover the properties of switching curves, the first order rate law behaviors of the reset state between the resistant variety properties and the reaction time were observed. To verify the decay reaction mechanism in the reset state, vanadium oxide thin films from RRAM devices were measured by different constant voltage sampling and exhibited the same decay reaction rate constant. Finally, the electrical conduction transfer mechanism and metallic filament forming model described by switching properties of the RRAM devices were proven and investigated.

A variety of biomolecular systems rely on exploratory dynamics to reach target locations or states within a cell. Without a mechanism to remotely sense and move directly towards a target, the system must sample over many paths, often including resetting transitions back to the origin. We investigate how exploratory dynamics can confer an important functional benefit: the ability to respond to small changes in parameters with large shifts in the steady-state behavior.

We propose a spatially inhomogeneous matrix product Ansatz for an exact many-body density operator of a boundary-driven XXZ quantum circuit. The Ansatz has formally infinite bond dimension and is fundamentally different from previous constructions. The circuit is driven by a pair of reset quantum channels applied on the boundary qubits, which polarize the qubits to arbitrary pure target states.

Recent studies indicate that reversible epigenetic drift-spanning DNA methylation clocks, histone codes, three-dimensional chromatin, and noncoding RNA networks-constitutes a central regulator of organismal decline and age-related diseases. How these epigenetic layers interact across different tissues-and how best to translate them into therapeutic strategies-are still open questions.

Generalist parasites must adapt to diverse host environments to ensure their survival and transmission. These adaptations can involve fixed genetic responses, transcriptional plasticity, or epigenetic mechanisms. The avian malaria parasite Plasmodium homocircumflexum offers an ideal model for studying transcriptional variation across hosts.
