The bandwidth of very high gain (≥100 MV/A) transimpedance amplifiers is restricted to below 100 kHz, unless measures are employed to mitigate the effect of circuit parasitic capacitances. Current approaches involve significantly increased circuit complexity and component count. They may suffer unwanted noise pickup or destructive capacitive coupling to ground, the latter restricting the available bandwidth. We demonstrate that combining a positive feedback circuit with a low-pass filter network extends the bandwidth of a transimpedance amplifier out to the limit of gain peaking (>1 MHz) without increasing the noise signal. The circuit uses a single inverting amplifier and very large feedback-resistance to provide a canceling parasitic-capacitance positive feedback signal. This can negate both the negative feedback-resistor parasitic-capacitance and the input/output pin parasitic-capacitance of the transimpedance amplifier. The circuit solves the problem of destructive distributed-capacitive coupling to ground along the feedback resistor.

Diurnal floret opening and closure (DFOC) is essential for rice reproductive development and hybrid breeding, yet transcriptional dynamics and underlying regulatory networks remain poorly characterized. Here, we conducted high-temporal-resolution transcriptomic analyses of lodicules to dissect DFOC regulatory networks in two japonica rice cultivars. Analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) uncovered core genes shared by both cultivars, primarily associated with jasmonic acid (JA) signaling and cell wall remodeling.

Balance is a critical component of daily activities and overall quality of life. This study aims to develop a cost-effective exercise system for the rehabilitation of balance disorders by combining a sensor module with target-oriented video games. The system, designed using a microcontroller-controlled sensor module and Unity game engine, features a game component that provides visual feedback and is synchronized with the platform movements.

Background And Objectives: COVID Stress Syndrome (CSS) is a new type of health anxiety triggered by the COVID epidemic. However, we know little about the causal relationship with CSS symptoms and the temporal and dynamic interactions between symptoms and cognitive processes associated with health anxiety.
Design: During the epidemic of COVID-19, 193 Chinese university students completed experience sampling methods on CSS symptoms and related constructs of health anxiety three times a day for 14 days.

Skin scar formation is a critical pathological process in wound healing, but its underlying regulatory mechanisms remain incompletely elucidated. By integrating analyses of Bulk-RNA seq and single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data, we identified that ferroptosis-related biological processes potentially play a key role in skin scar formation. Further mechanistic studies demonstrated that in human dermal fibroblast cells, the ferroptosis regulator TIMP metallopeptidase inhibitor 1 (TIMP1) significantly promotes fibroblast differentiation toward a mature phenotype through interactions with cystatin C (CST3), characterized by upregulated expression of myofibroblast differentiation markers such as α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), along with enhanced cell proliferation and migration abilities.

Background: Mobile health (mHealth) interventions can be effective for people living with HIV, who are sensitive to privacy breach risks. Understanding the perceived experiences of intervention participants can provide comprehensive insights into potential users and predict intervention effectiveness. Thus, it is necessary to plan engagement measurement and consider ways to enhance engagement during the app development phase.
