Background And Purpose: The choroid of the eye is a rare site for metastatic tumor spread, and as small lesions on the periphery of brain MRI studies, these choroidal metastases are often missed. To improve their detection, we aimed to use artificial intelligence to distinguish between brain MRI scans containing normal orbits and choroidal metastases.
Materials And Methods: We present a novel hierarchical deep learning framework for sequential cropping and classification on brain MRI images to detect choroidal metastases.

Introduction: Multi Sensory Stimulation And Priming (MuSSAP) is an early upper limb training for infants at high risk of unilateral cerebral palsy (CP). MuSSAP is designed to enhance awareness of the affected upper limb facilitating initiation of goal-directed movements. This study assesses the effectiveness of an 8-week MuSSAP training on manual ability in a clinical setting.

Purpose: To evaluate whether AI-assisted ipsilateral tissue matching in digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) reduces localization errors beyond typical tumor boundaries, particularly for non-expert radiologists. The technology category is deep learning.
Materials And Methods: The study consisted of two parts.

This report presents a case of solitary pulmonary metastasis from colon cancer, characterized by cystic airspaces, which can mimic a second primary lung cancer (LC). Preoperative contrast-enhanced computed tomography in a patient with colon cancer revealed a pulmonary micronodule with a cystic cavity in the right upper lobe. The patient subsequently underwent left-sided hemicolectomy followed by six cycles of chemotherapy.

BACKGROUND Morel-Lavallee lesions (MLLs) are uncommon, closed soft-tissue degloving injuries caused by high-energy trauma that are often missed due to their rarity and delayed presentation, resulting in serious complications. MLLs are particularly missed and underreported in pediatric and adolescent patients. We describe the case of an adolescent MLL occurring in an atypical lesion site at the calf to increase awareness of this diagnosis and associated presentation in this patient group, which can differ from adult presentation and contribute to diagnostic uncertainty that consequently impacts clinical decision-making.
