Livestock farming development has become increasingly important in recent years. It not only provides us with meat nutrition and pet feeding but also increases the economic value by providing numerous employment opportunities, which improves our life quality. The livestock farming development depends on successful animal reproduction. As a vital process in animal reproduction, folliculogenesis and its influencing factors as well as their underlying mechanisms need to be understood thoroughly. This review is aimed at summarizing the factors such as cellular processes, gene regulation, noncoding RNAs and other endocrine or paracrine regulatory factors that affect follicular development, and their underlying mechanisms of action in livestock in order to provide novel insights for future studies. The above factors were found as significant determinants influencing the follicular development in livestock through various signaling pathways.

Obinutuzumab is a humanized type II anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody that is widely used in B-cell lymphomas including follicular lymphoma (FL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Multiple clinical studies have shown that compared with rituximab combined with chemotherapy, obinutuzumab combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the progression-free survival (PFS) of patients, effectively reduce the risk of disease progression, and improve patient prognosis. The main adverse effects of obinutuzumab include infusion reactions, myelosuppression, infection, cardiotoxicity, tumor lysis syndrome (TLS), etc.

An 84-year-old man with a history of amputation and follicular lymphoma developed a non-healing ulcer on his stump, initially diagnosed as a pressure ulcer cause by the clinic and lack of B-symptoms. Despite wound care, the lesion worsened. A biopsy revealed de novo diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-germinal center subtype.

Background: Thyroid cancer in pediatric patients is distinct from adult-onset thyroid cancer due to differences in disease presentation, management and outcomes. This meta-analysis delves into contemporary data on managing pediatric differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC), assessing outcomes, such as recurrence and mortality, in children with radical total thyroidectomy versus the more conservative lobectomy approach.

Unlabelled: Currently approved type 1 diabetes (T1D) immunotherapies broadly target T cells and delay but do not fully prevent diabetes development, highlighting the need for more selective targets. Anti-insulin germinal center B cells are uniquely able to present pathogenic insulin epitopes and drive anti-insulin T cells to adopt a T follicular helper fate. T cell expression of BCL6, a key transcriptional repressor in the germinal center response, is essential for spontaneous diabetes in non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice.

Pathogen-specific CD4 T cells undergo dynamic expansion and contraction during infection, ultimately generating memory clones that shape the subsequent immune responses. However, the influence of distinct tissue environments on the differentiation and clonal selection of polyclonal T cells remains unclear, primarily because of the technical challenges in tracking these cells in vivo. To address this question, we generated Tracking Recently Activated Cell Kinetics (TRACK) mice, a dual-recombinase fate-mapping system that enables precise spatial and temporal labeling of recently activated CD4 T cells.
