We report a novel, to the best of our knowledge, inno-zigzag slab laser amplifier that innovatively combines features of innoslab and zigzag slab amplifiers. Operating at 1 kHz repetition rate, this architecture amplifies 300 ps pulses from 0.4 mJ to 57.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA hybrid chirped pulse amplification (CPA) system is demonstrated based on a fiber seed source and a three-stage Yb:YAG crystal amplifier. We investigate the mechanism of gain narrowing in a CPA system through theoretical and experimental research. The gain narrowing can be suppressed by pre-shaping the pulse spectrum via a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) with a specifically designed spectral characteristic before amplification.

Operating at a repetition rate of 1 kHz, the output energy was 315 mJ with a pulse duration of 430 ps. A two-stage end-pumped Nd:YVO laser was used to pre-amplify the seed energy (320 µJ) of the passively Q-switched microchip laser to 6.

Understanding how to select the best quality oocytes is key to improving IVM efficiency. Oocytes have different germinal vesicle (GV) chromatin configurations, which may explain the heterogeneity in oocyte quality during IVM.

However, the role and mechanism of Prader-Willi region nonprotein coding RNA 2 (PWRN2) in PCOS progression remain unclear. In our study, Sprague-Dawley rat was injected with dehydroepiandrosterone to mimic PCOS rat models.

However, techniques for generating embryos via embryo engineering in guinea pigs are limited; for instance, in vitro maturation (IVM) technique is preliminary for guinea pig oocytes. In this study, we aimed to establish and optimize an IVM method for guinea pig oocytes by investigating various factors, such as superovulation induced by different hormones, culture supplementation (e.

CF effects multiple organs, and lung disease is the primary cause of mortality. The median age at death from CF is in the early forties.
