Immunotherapy efficacy is hindered by the immunosuppressive metabolism of cancer cells and tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), yet their opposite metabolic programs complicate synchronized modulation of tumor microenvironment. Here, we report an acid-activated Fe-Zn nanocomplex (FZNC) that transforms into spiky FeOOH nanoparticles within the tumor microenvironment. This transformation enhances cellular uptake and enables selective scavenging of hydrogen sulfide (HS)-a metabolite that promotes glycolysis in cancer cells and oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) in TAMs.

Objectives: To assess changes in the prevalence of psychotropic medication administration in Australian residential aged care (RAC) during a period of national reforms, including the introduction of mandatory reporting of antipsychotic use.
Design: A retrospective cohort study using routinely collected electronic medication administration data.
Setting And Participants: Daily medication administration data for 52,201 residents of 428 RAC facilities in 7 Australian states and territories between January 2018 and December 2022.

Introduction: Scaling up pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV among men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender women (TGW) in the Asia-Pacific region has been slow. We identified the drivers of PrEP use and forecasted PrEP uptake given different PrEP programmes for MSM and TGW living in 15 countries and territories in Asia and Australia.
Methods: Separate online discrete choice experiment surveys for MSM and TGW were distributed in 15 Asian countries and territories and Australia between May and November 2022.

Most metal organic cages are assembled through metal-ligand coordination, resulting in cages where the metal ions are part of the cage architecture, and thus have limited reactivity. There are only a handful of metal organic cages produced by metalation of a pre-synthesised organic cage. In this work, we show that hexa-cationic hydrazone cages coordinate a range of transition metal ions upon deprotonation to give cage complexes with metal ions oriented towards the cage cavity.
