Article Abstract

Quantum digital signatures (QDSs) promise information-theoretic security against repudiation and forgery of messages. Compared with currently existing three-party QDS protocols, multiparty protocols have unique advantages in the practical case of more than two receivers when sending a mass message. However, complex security analysis, numerous quantum channels and low data utilization efficiency make it intractable to expand three-party to multiparty scenario. Here, based on six-state non-orthogonal encoding protocol, we propose an effective multiparty QDS framework to overcome these difficulties. The number of quantum channels in our protocol only linearly depends on the number of users. The post-matching method is introduced to enhance data utilization efficiency and make it linearly scale with the probability of detection events even for five-party scenario. Our work compensates for the absence of practical multiparty protocols, which paves the way for future QDS networks.

Introduction: Teaching innovation (TI) is crucial with respect to efforts to cultivate innovative talent and enhance national competitiveness. To promote TI, the Chinese government has issued policy documents that have emphasized the need to overcome the traditional management model, which focuses on the "principal's individual heroism," and to encourage schools to implement distributed leadership (DL) with the goal of achieving multiparty cogovernance. However, few studies have investigated whether and how the implementation of DL in the centralized and bureaucratic management models used in China can foster TI among teachers.

Shared Decision Making (SDM), as a modern medical decision-making model emphasizing patient participation, faces multidimensional challenges in China, including uneven distribution of medical resources, knowledge gaps, and inadequate cultural adaptation. The implementation of SDM in China is hindered by time constraints, insufficient patient willingness to participate, a lack of standardized decision support tools, and structural barriers such as healthcare reimbursement systems. Large Language Models (LLMs), with their powerful natural language processing capabilities, demonstrate unique advantages in enhancing communication efficiency, supporting personalized decision-making, and promoting multi-party collaboration.

In this paper, we introduce what we believe to be a novel cryptographic primitive in secure multiparty computation, called anonymous selection (AS). This cryptographic primitive involves the random and anonymous selection of one participant from a group, ensuring that no one, except the selected individual, can identify who has been chosen. The AS concept holds significant potential for simplifying complex cryptographic tasks by enabling their implementation in a sequential manner rather than a synchronous one.

Quantum conference key agreement (QCKA) enables secure communication among multiple parties by leveraging multipartite entanglement, which is expected to play a crucial role in future quantum networks. However, its practical implementation has been severely limited by the experimental complexity and low efficiency associated with the requirement for synchronous detection of multipartite entangled states. In this work, we propose a measurement-device-independent QCKA protocol that employs asynchronous Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger state measurement.

The UK's health datasets are among the most comprehensive and inclusive globally, enabling groundbreaking research during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, restrictions on data sharing between secure data environments (SDEs) imposed limitations on the ability to carry out joint analyses across multiple separate datasets. There are currently significant efforts underway to enable such analyses using methods such as federated analytics (FA) and virtual SDEs.
