Introduction: Developing and implementing trauma clinical guidance is integral to providing quality care to all trauma patients while maintaining a minimum standard of treatment. A mixed-methods novel consensus-building approach was used to identify the current barriers to developing and implementing trauma clinical guidance and highlight the priority areas for change to better support end users.
Methods: As part of year 1 of the Design for Implementation: The Future of Trauma Clinical Guidance and Research Conference Series, preconference participant surveys and hybrid, professionally facilitated, structured dialogue were used to define the ideal future state of trauma clinical guidance development and dissemination.

Background: Respiratory tract infection tests are increasingly available in primary care and are expected to expand in the future. However, there is limited understanding of clinicians' views on their benefits and how to effectively integrate them into daily clinical practice.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to explore healthcare professionals' views on using respiratory tract infection tests to safely reduce unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions for respiratory tract infections in primary care based on their experience in routine practice.

Topic Importance: Digital health technologies (DHT) such as mobile health technologies, wearables, telehealth and telemonitoring are increasingly used in healthcare. This is particularly true for respiratory conditions such as asthma, cystic fibrosis, tuberculosis, interstitial lung disease and COPD as DHTs can support diagnosis, self-management, and ongoing care. However, respiratory conditions change across an individual's lifespan in both their presentation and management priorities for the clinician and patient.
