Seniors are a constantly growing group of people in many societies. It is necessary to develop physiotherapeutic programs to improve their mobility. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of the physiotherapeutic program conducted unstable ground on selected indicators of motor functions of elderly women. Sixty women (60-80 years) participated in the research. Group A ( = 20) underwent a 12-week physiotherapeutic program on stable ground, group B ( = 20) followed an exercise program on unstable ground, and group C ( = 20) (control group) had no therapeutic intervention. The effects of the therapy were assessed by using a FreeMed platform (foot load analysis) and a Biosway balance system. The results were compared using ANOVA (the one-way analysis), the Kruskal-Wallis test and also the post hoc tests (Tukey's test and the multiple comparison test). In group A, a statistically significant change was observed in the static test and balance assessment, in group B this was observed in the static and dynamic foot tests and balance assessment, in group C, no statistical significance was achieved. The authors' physiotherapeutic program had a statistically significant effect on changes in the balance and selected indicators of the motor functions of the examined people. Comparing the results before and after the therapy more improvement changes were noted in women training on an unstable ground compared to women training on a stable ground.

Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the ElMohandes protocol, a combined regimen of intermittent occlusal splint therapy, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and structured patient education, in reducing pain, enhancing jaw function, and minimizing occlusal side effects in adults with myogenic temporomandibular disorders (TMD) or internal derangement.
Methods: Forty-two consecutive patients (age 18-55 years) diagnosed with myogenous TMD or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) internal derangement according to diagnostic criteria for temporomandibular disorders (DC/TMD) were enrolled in this single-arm case series. Exclusion criteria included prior TMJ surgery, condylar fracture, systemic disease, and recent minimally invasive TMJ interventions.
Objective: Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) is a spinal deformity that can impact both physical and psychosocial well-being. Stigmatization, particularly during adolescence, may influence adherence to conservative treatment strategies, including exercise therapy. This study examines the relationship between scoliosis-related stigma and adherence to exercise therapy in AIS patients.

Unlabelled: The risk of vascular endothelial dysfunction development, which is an activator of inflammatory complications, increases in orthognathic patients immediately after surgery. An adequate correction is required in the case of vascular endothelial dysfunction in order to provide the control over possible complications after the surgery, that determines the study's relevance.
Objective: To develop and scientifically substantiate non-pharmacological rehabilitation treatment technology of orthognathic patients after the surgery for the purposes of endothelial dysfunction inactivation and the risks of inflammatory odontogenic complications decrease by inclusion of low-intensity pulsed laser radiation of different wavelength (635 and 904 nm) in the basic pharmacological therapy program (anti-inflammatory, symptomatic drugs).

Background: Adolescence is a period of transition and vulnerability during which physiological development occurs, and may be impaired in the presence of temporomandibular disorders (TMDs), an undertreated condition that lacks debate about effective treatment modalities.
Objective: To verify the effect of a multimodal physiotherapeutic treatment in an in-person group and telerehabilitation formats on outcomes, including peripheral muscle oxygenation, perceived pain intensity, pressure pain threshold (PPT), range of motion (ROM), and mandibular function in adolescents with TMDs.
Methods: This randomised controlled trial included 26 adolescents with TMDs, assigned to a telerehabilitation (GT) or in-person treatment (GP) group.
