Background: The rapid advancement of next-generation sequencing has significantly expanded the landscape of precision medicine. However, health care professionals face increasing challenges in keeping pace with the growing body of oncological knowledge and integrating it effectively into clinical workflows. Precision oncology decision support (PODS) tools aim to assist clinicians in navigating this complexity, yet their current functionalities only partially address clinical needs.

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) represents a genetically heterogeneous malignancy, with mutations in the nucleophosmin-1 (NPM1) gene identified as the most prevalent and clinically significant molecular biomarkers. These mutations play a crucial pivotal role in the realms of diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic decision-making. Although an ideal measurable residual disease (MRD) test has yet to be developed, there is increasing acknowledgment of the significance of advanced molecular methodologies for monitoring MRD in NPM1-mutated (NPM1) AML.

Diagnostic ultrasound has long filled a crucial niche in medical imaging thanks to its portability, affordability, and favorable safety profile. Now, multi-view hardware and deep-learning-based image reconstruction algorithms promise to extend this niche to increasingly sophisticated applications, such as volume rendering and long-term organ monitoring. However, progress on these fronts is impeded by the complexities of ultrasound electronics and by the scarcity of high-fidelity radiofrequency data.

Background: The impact of enhanced recovery pathway (ERP) on survival after colorectal cancer surgery (CCS) remains controversial.
Materials And Methods: A total of 2865 adults enrolled in a multicenter cohort study (iCral3 study) after CCS were followed up. The percentage adherence to the ERP was recorded, and the patients were grouped according to their quartiles.
