: Acquired nasopharyngeal stenosis is a rare and heterogeneous pathological condition that has different causes, generally resulting as a complication of a pharyngeal surgery, especially in patients affected by obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Different approaches have been proposed for the treatment of nasopharyngeal stenosis but a unique and standardized management has not yet been presented. The aim of our paper is to evaluate the efficacy of our surgical technique, describing its steps and results with the aim to consider it as a possible solution for the treatment of this condition. : This is a retrospective cohort study. Eight patients (mean age 27.25 years old (yo), range 8-67 yo; Male/Female ratio 4/4; mean body mass index (BMI) 26.1) affected by OSA (mean apnea hypopnea index (AHI) before OSA surgery was 22.1) and acquired nasopharyngeal stenosis as a consequence of different pharyngeal surgeries were treated with our modified approach in the Department of Otolaryngology, Morgagni Pierantoni Hospital, Forlì, Italy. Resolution of stenosis and complication rate were the main outcome measures. : Complete resolution of the stenosis was achieved in all cases and no complications were recorded at three weeks, six months, and 2 years follow-up. : Our technique appears to be a promising method for the management of nasopharyngeal stenosis in OSA patients. However, further studies comparing different techniques and reporting on larger series and longer follow up time are needed to prove the efficacy of the proposed technique.

Feline nasopharyngeal stenosis (NPS), characterized by narrowing of the nasopharyngeal passage, results in chronic stertor and increased inspiratory effort. While rhinoscopy is the definitive diagnostic modality for NPS, the utility of nasopharyngeal radiography in diagnosis remains under-documented. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and describe the characteristic radiographic findings in cats with NPS by comparing radiographic findings in cats with stertor but without stenosis.

Nasopharyngeal stenosis (NPS) is an important cause of chronic nasal discharge, stertor, and upper airway obstruction in dogs and cats. Treatment of NPS can be challenging and expensive and is associated with high recurrence and complication rates. Traditional treatment recommendations include balloon dilation of the stenotic tissue followed by placement of a covered, removable stent marketed for the treatment of NPS.

Background: Eosinophilic Angiocentric Fibrosis (EAF) is a rare inflammatory condition affecting the upper respiratory and sinonasal tracts. This study aims to elaborate on the clinical and pathological features of a patient with extensive, rare EAF involving the sinonasal tract, subglottic region, and orbit.
Case Presentation: A fifty-five-year-old female patient with a known case of bronchial asthma, hypothyroidism, and IgG-4-related necrotizing blepharitis presented to our clinic with a 14-year history of bilateral nasal obstruction and post-nasal drip despite medical and surgical intervention.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is prevalent in East and Southeast Asia, with radiotherapy being the primary treatment modality. Carotid artery stenosis is a serious but often overlooked complication of radiotherapy. We present the case of a middle-aged NPC survivor who developed progressive symptoms, including left facial numbness, dysphagia, tongue atrophy, postural dizziness, and pulsatile tinnitus, 18 years after concurrent chemoradiation.
