Continuous glucose monitoring plays an important role in severe diabetic patients.However,there is no available commercial implanted glucose biosensor for long-term clinic application.This paper firstly introduces the classification of biosensors for continuous glucose monitoring,and then discusses the failure mechanism for implanted biosensors.After that,it points out the routes and tips to improve the life time of the biosensor,and finally looks forward to the future development of implanted glucose biosensors.

Aims: Despite robust evidence supporting continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) use, successful utilization remains relatively low. This study aimed to determine percentage of patients with a baseline time in range (TIR) <70% who achieved TIR ≥ 70% when using CGM and identify patient variables associated with achievement and/or maintenance of TIR goal within our institution.
Materials And Methods: This was a retrospective, observational review of adult patients with diabetes using CGM for at least 6-months consecutively.

This study investigated the formation of characteristic aroma compounds in braised pork during electromagnetic cooking, focusing on the effect of added seasonings on lipid oxidation and the Maillard reaction. The accelerated lipid oxidation led to a rapid increase in the levels of most characteristic aldehydes, 1-octen-3-ol, and 2-pentylfuran during the temperature-rising stage (S0-S2) and the simmering stage (S3-S4) in braised pork. However, the addition of seasonings inhibited polyunsaturated fatty acid oxidation, reducing the levels of these lipid-derived aroma compounds during the sauce thickening stage (S5).
