This study presents an eco-friendly approach for the green synthesis of manganese oxide nanoparticles (MnONPs) using () (einkorn wheat) seed extract as a reducing and stabilizing agent. The synthesized MnONPs were characterized by UV-Vis, XRD, FTIR, SEM-EDX, BET, and zeta potential analyses, which confirmed their crystalline nature, spherical morphology, and mesoporous structure with a surface area of 41.50 m/g.

Sugarcane () was employed as a sustainable carbon source to synthesize three-dimensional (3D) spherical manganese carbonate (MnCO) microspheres, offering a green route to advanced electrode material for high-energy-density symmetric supercapacitors. Although numerous synthesis strategies and material modifications have been explored, a detailed evaluation of environmentally friendly synthesis pathways remains essential. In this study, MnCO microspheres were successfully synthesized via a sugar-derived green synthesis followed by hydrothermal treatment.

Aims: Cardiac tumors are aggressive and asymptomatic in early stages, causing late diagnosis and locoregional metastasis. Currently, the standard of care uses gadolinium-based contrast agents for MRI, and the associated hypersensitivity reactions are a significant concern, such as gadolinium deposition disease. In addition, the proximity of cardiac lesions closer to vital structures complicates surgical interventions.

A novel dual-mode sensing system integrating a magnetic core-shell CuFeO/Cu/MnO nanozyme with a stimuli-responsive agarose-deep eutectic solvent hydrogel (DES-Aga) is reported. The nanozyme exhibits exceptional oxidase-like activity, characterized by a low Michaelis constant (K = 0.14 mM) and high catalytic efficiency (V = 1.

Introduction: During the healing process, the functional gradient attachment of the rotator cuff (RC) tendon-bone interface fails to regenerate, which severely impedes load transfer and stress dissipation, thereby increasing the risk of retears. As a result, the treatment of rotator cuff tears remains a significant clinical challenge.

Methods: In this study, a dual-crosslinked hyaluronic acid/polyethylene glycol (HA/PEG) hydrogel scaffold was synthesized using hyaluronic acid and polyethylene glycol as base materials.
