Background: Affective disorders represent a major global health burden. Animal models are widely used for modeling brain disorders and neuroactive drug discovery. A novel powerful tool in translational neuroscience research, zebrafish provide multiple behavioral assays relevant to anxiety-like and depression-related conditions (including despair-like behavior, a common feature in depression).

Introduction And Importance: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma, yet primary renal involvement is rare, constituting less than 1 % of renal malignancies. A case of non-germinal center B-cell-like (non-GCB) DLBCL with BCL-6 positivity is particularly unique. Conventionally, BCL-6 is linked to germinal center B-cell-like (GCB) subtypes.

Lentinula edodes (shiitake mushroom) is a widely cultivated edible and medicinal fungus, valued for its bioactive compounds. While East Asian strains have been well studied, Indian populations remain under-characterized. This study explores the genetic and functional diversity of five Indian-origin L.

Urbanization and climate warming have contributed to global amphibian declines in recent decades, and amphibians are particularly vulnerable to warming because temperature influences their physiological processes across all life stages. Tadpole responses to warming in tropical climates are relatively understudied, and previous studies demonstrated species-specific responses to warming temperature. Warming ponds may quicken tadpole development and increase thermal tolerances, but increasing local temperatures push populations towards their physiological limits.

Background: Neonatal diabetes mellitus (NDM) is a rare monogenic disorder, typically diagnosed within the first six months of life. While NDM is well-recognized globally, data from India regarding its clinical characteristics, treatment strategies, and long-term outcomes are scarce.
Objectives: To describe the molecular characterization, clinical phenotype and follow-up of children with NDM.
