The purpose of this study was to develop a new Swedish translation of the twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20) and to examine if the theoretical structure that underlies the factor structure of the English version of the TAS-20 could be recovered in this Swedish translation of the instrument. A sample of 157 undergraduate students of psychology was tested. Using confirmatory factor analysis, the previously established three-factor TAS-20 model was found to be replicable in this sample. In addition, the Swedish translation of the TAS-20 showed adequate internal reliability. The present study also illustrates the importance of using back translation methodology when transposing psychometric instruments from one language to another.

Aims: Young people are consuming less healthy diets such as Mediterranean diet (MedDiet), which is associated with an increased risk of chronic diseases, including obesity. This systematic review aimed to synthesize the literature concerning the prevalence and trends of adherence to the (MedDiet) in a young Spanish population (aged 2-24 years) from 2004 to 2023.
Data Synthesis: The present review included observational studies and final assessments of longitudinal studies to assess the prevalence or trend in adherence to the MedDiet using the Mediterranean Diet Quality Index for Children and Adolescents (KIDMED) in three categories (low (≤3), medium (4-7), and high (≥8)).

The development of therapeutic small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) has lately gained significant momentum due to their ability to silence genes in a highly specific manner. The main obstacle withholding the wider translation of siRNA-based drug modalities is their limited half-life and poor bioavailability, especially in extra-hepatic tissues. Consequently, various drug delivery systems (DDSs) have been developed to improve the delivery of siRNAs, including short delivery peptides called cell-penetrating peptides (CPPs).

Background: SURF was a prospective, multicenter, single-arm, observational study with core lab adjudication of radiographic data, assessing embolization of intracranial aneurysms (IAs) using WAVE Extra Soft Coils as part of SMART Coil System.
Methods: Adults undergoing IA embolization with the SMART Coil System (Penumbra, Inc.) comprising 75% of implanted coils and WAVE as the final finishing coil were enrolled at 43 global centers.

Background And Objectives: Cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR) is an indicator of cerebrovascular health, and its signature in familial frontotemporal dementia (FTD) remains unknown. The primary aim was to investigate CVR in genetic FTD using an fMRI index of vascular contractility termed resting-state fluctuation amplitudes (RSFAs) and to assess whether RSFA differences are moderated by age. A secondary aim was to study the relationship between RSFA and cognition.
