The coordinated development of urban-rural integration and rural resilience is of great significance for the achievement of regional sustainable development and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This study explores the coupled and coordinated evolution between ur-ban-rural integration and rural resilience and its driving mechanism in Southwest China. By constructing an evaluation index system for urban-rural integration development and rural resilience, this research analyses the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of urban-rural integration and rural resilience in Southwest China from 2012 to 2022 by applying the entropy weighting method, comprehensive evaluation model, coordination degree model, and geodetector model.

Ecosystem service value (ESV) constitutes the ecological value foundation for enhancing tourism economic resilience (TER), serving as the central catalytic mechanism that drives the synergistic evolution of system disturbance resistance, recovery efficiency, and transformative adaptability. This study conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the interrelation between ESV and TER while exploring the key influencing factors to optimize human-environment interactions within the tourism system. The Coupling Coordination Degree (CCD) model is utilized to examine the association between ESs and TER across China.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Qingyihuaji Formula (QYHJ) has been used to treat human pancreatic cancer for many years and are fully documented in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2020 Edition), however, its pharmacological mechanisms remain largely unknown.

Aim Of The Study: Here, we aimed to provide evidences for uncovering the underlying molecular mechanisms of QYHJ for pancreatic cancer management.

Materials And Methods: Bioinformatic analysis, quantitative real-time PCR, western blotting, glucose consumption, immunofluorescence and glycolytic activity assay were performed to determine the underlying mechanisms.

To investigate the impact of the Panax notoginseng saponin extract on hyperlipidaemic mice. We developed a hyperlipidemia model in mouse through the administration of a high-fat diet. We conducted weekly measurements of body weight, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C).

This research provides an overview of the comprehensive water resources utilization level (CWRULE) in China, highlighting its significance in national water management. The study aims to evaluate performance and trends in CWRULE across various regions. Employing methods such as the Dagum Gini coefficient, spatial kernel density estimation, and spatial convergence models, the analysis explores regional disparities, distribution dynamics, and convergence trends.

The digital economy injects new vitality into rural revitalization and new-type urbanization to achieve rural industrial transformation, while the countryside and the city provide the soil for the development of the digital economy. This research establishes the rural revitalization (RR), new-type urbanization (NU), and digital economy (DE) system and uses the coupled coordination degree (CCD) model and obstacle degree (OD) model to study the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and obstacle factors of the composite system in China from 2011 to 2021. The result showed that: (1) the comprehensive development level of the composite systems is on an upward trend year by year, but still shows a low-quality state; (2) the CCD of China's provinces shows a spatial evolution pattern of high in the east and low in the west; (3) The obstacle factors of the RR, NU, DE subsystem are mainly involved the number of rural doctors and health workers, local financial income per capita and science and technology expenditure, and the digital finance coverage breadth index.

Background: To evaluate and analyze the therapeutic effect of stereotactic soft channel puncture and drainage on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.

Methods: Sixty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2019 were selected for study and randomly divided into study group (n=30) and routine group (n=30) according to admission number. Two groups of patients were given basic treatment after admission, while routine group patients were given small bone window hematoma removal, study group patients were given stereotactic soft channel puncture and drainage, and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.

Based on the critical plane approach, a simple and efficient multiaxial fatigue damage parameter with no additional material constants is proposed for life prediction under uniaxial/multiaxial proportional and/or non-proportional loadings for titanium alloy TC4 and nickel-based superalloy GH4169. Moreover, two modified Ince-Glinka fatigue damage parameters are put forward and evaluated under different load paths. Results show that the generalized strain amplitude model provides less accurate life predictions in the high cycle life regime and is better for life prediction in the low cycle life regime; however, the generalized strain energy model is relatively better for high cycle life prediction and is conservative for low cycle life prediction under multiaxial loadings.

Combined high and low cycle fatigue (CCF) generally induces the failure of aircraft gas turbine attachments. Based on the aero-engine load spectrum, accurate assessment of fatigue damage due to the interaction of high cycle fatigue (HCF) resulting from high frequency vibrations and low cycle fatigue (LCF) from ground-air-ground engine cycles is of critical importance for ensuring structural integrity of engine components, like turbine blades. In this paper, the influence of combined damage accumulation on the expected CCF life are investigated for turbine blades.

As one of fracture critical components of an aircraft engine, accurate life prediction of a turbine blade to disk attachment is significant for ensuring the engine structural integrity and reliability. Fatigue failure of a turbine blade is often caused under multiaxial cyclic loadings at high temperatures. In this paper, considering different failure types, a new energy-critical plane damage parameter is proposed for multiaxial fatigue life prediction, and no extra fitted material constants will be needed for practical applications.
