Background: Canine parvovirus (CPV) poses a severe threat to canine health, necessitating the development of safer and more effective vaccines. While traditional vaccines carry risks of virulence reversion and environmental contamination, subunit vaccines-especially neutralizing epitope vaccines-offer promising alternatives by eliciting targeted immune responses with enhanced safety.

Methods: We employed bacterial display technology to express 11 overlapping CPV VP2 gene fragments on the periplasmic membrane of E.

Background: The blood FGF21 expression has been previously suggested to increase in patients developing atopic dermatitis (AD) and asthma. However, its impact on atopic march is rarely analyzed. The present work focused on investigating the role of Fibroblast Growth Factor 21(FGF21) in atopic march mice and its underlying mechanisms.

As an endocrine cytokine, fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. With the development of lupus nephritis (LN), which is tightly related to pathogenic factors, including inflammation and immune cell dysregulation, we explored the impact of Fibroblast Growth Factor 21 (FGF21) as well as its underlying mechanism. We induced an in vivo LN model using pristane in both wild-type C57BL/6 and FGF21 knockout (FGF21) mice.
