Land surface temperature (LST) is crucial for studying climate change, agricultural drought, and ecological evaluation. Satellite thermal infrared remote sensing, such as the Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER), provides high-resolution (90 m) LST data. However, inversion accuracy varies by region and method.

Methods: The original datasets were acquired from TCGA and GEO databases. PABPN1 expression analysis was conducted utilizing the Oncomine, TIMER, GEPIA, and BioGPS databases.
Objective: This study compared the proteomic differences between non-elderly diminished ovarian reserve (DOR, < 35 years) and normal ovarian reserve (NOR) to better understand the molecular mechanisms behind ovarian reserve changes in Poseidon Group III.
Methods: Ovarian granulosa cells (GCs) from infertile women with DOR in Poseidon Group III and women with NOR were analyzed using 4D label-free quantitative proteomics. A comprehensive bioinformatics analysis was performed to identify differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) in order to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms underlying DOR.
The antifouling properties of conductive polymers have received extensive attention for biosensor and bioelectronic applications. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is a well-known antifouling material, but the controlled regulation of the surface topography of PEG without a template remains a challenge. Here, we show a columnar structure antifouling conductive polymer brush with enhanced antifouling properties and considerable conductivity.

In this study, microwave assisted extraction based on IL (IL-MAE) was firstly employed to extract total biflavonoids from . Based on single-factor experiment, microwave power (300-700 W), extract time (30-50 min) and extract temperature (40-60 °C) on total bioflavonoids and antioxidant activities of the extracts were further investigated by a Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology (RSM) selecting total bioflavonoids yields and IC of radical scavenging as index.
