Background: Modern lifestyle trends, characterized by sedentary behaviours and poor dietary choices, have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of university students at graduation and post-graduation levels. This study aims to investigate the influence of outdoor activities, dietary habits, psychological wellbeing, physical activities, sleep patterns, and bad habits on the lifestyle of university students in India, with a focus on identifying significant differences in these habits among students and exploring the potential benefits of yoga and naturopathy in improving their overall health.
Methods: An online, survey study was conducted among 710 university students using a self-administered Google Form questionnaire.
This research investigates the lived perceptions of South Asian women in coping with the consequences of divorce, a culturally tainted break-up commonly fraught with shame, disposability, and loss of identity. Using narrative approach, from interviews and handpicked personal stories, the research investigates how women interpret post-divorce life in patriarchal, collectivist societies that value marriage as a pillar of feminine moral character. Based on Arthur Frank's typology of illness stories, specifically the quest narrative, the results indicate that most women reinterpret their trauma as a transformative, resistant, and re-claimed journey.

Objective: To determine the post-marketing safety profile of a once-daily fixed-dose combination (FDC) of dapagliflozin (10 mg) and saxagliptin (5 mg) given orally for 24 weeks or until discontinuation, in Indian patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) who are on stable dose of metformin.
Design: Prospective, single-arm, multicenter study.
Setting: Adult patients with T2DM enrolled from April 2021 to March 2023 across 9 study sites in India.
Haploblocks are regions of the genome that coalesce to an ancestor as a single unit. Differentiated haplotypes in these regions can result from the accumulation of mutational differences in low-recombination chromosomal regions, especially when selective sweeps occur within geographically structured populations. We aimed to explore the distribution and variation of porcine mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) lineages in northern India, expanding on previous local-scale research by incorporating a broader, global context. A total of 82 domestic pigs samples from Uttarakhand and Jharkhand were sequenced for the mtDNA control region (417 bp) and compared to 1517 published sequences of Sus scrofa from various regions worldwide. Methods: In this eight-week, parallel-group, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study, 80 healthy male and female participants aged 18-45 years, who engaged in regular physical activity were randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to receive Ashwagandha (AG, n=40) 300 mg capsules twice daily for eight weeks, or identical placebo (PB, n=40).
