Urethral stricture is a chronic urological condition that remains challenging to manage due to the limitations of traditional treatments like dilation and urethroplasty, which are prone to recurrence and complications. Tissue-engineered urethral grafts have emerged as a promising alternative, offering durable, functional restoration with reduced donor site morbidity. Innovations in scaffold fabrication, especially 3D bioprinting and hydrogel-based bio-inks, have led to the creation of structurally and biologically compatible constructs that can regenerate native urothelial layers.

While conventional therapies such as plaque brachytherapy and proton beam radiation aim to balance tumor control with ocular preservation, recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) offer transformative potential in personalizing radiation dosing. By integrating radiologic features with genomic markers such as BAP1 mutations, monosomy 3, and chromosome 8q gain, AI models can predict tumor radiosensitivity and guide dose modulation based on individual tumor biology.

Employee creativity is essential for navigating digital disruption and maintaining organizational competitiveness; however, the mechanisms through which digital leadership fosters creativity remain underexplored. This study investigates the psychological and social processes through which digital leadership influences workplace creativity. Grounded in social cognitive and social exchange theories, the proposed model incorporates innovation self-efficacy and knowledge sharing as mediators and technology readiness as a moderator.

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a rare, locally aggressive cutaneous sarcoma in which achieving histologically negative margins is paramount to minimizing recurrence. Mohs micrographic surgery (MMS) has transformed margin control in DFSP by enabling sequential, layer-by-layer excision with immediate histologic assessment, yet it remains technically challenging in anatomically complex sites and in cases with ambiguous deep or subclinical peripheral spread. Recent advances in robotic microsurgical platforms-characterized by tremor elimination, high-resolution imaging, and ergonomic interfaces-offer a conceptual framework for enhancing the precision and consistency of MMS.

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) are commonly employed for managing renal calculi, but their comparative efficacy and safety remain subjects of ongoing debate. This meta-analysis aims to synthesize current evidence, providing a comprehensive assessment of surgical outcomes between PCNL and RIRS for renal stones under 2 cm and greater than 2 cm, reported across different study designs, various surgical techniques, and different geographical distributions to guide clinical decision-making.

Understanding the interplay of hormonal changes, inflammation, and other factors during this period is critical for addressing bone health. The objective was to investigate the impact of menopausal transition and postmenopausal status on bone mineral density (BMD) and its associations with biochemical, anthropometric, and lifestyle factors among Pakistani women.

Background: The impact of metabolic risk factors on ischemic heart disease (IHD) exhibits substantial regional variability. This study aims to analyze three-decade mortality trends in two contrasting regions of North America (NA) and South Asia (SA), focusing on age- and gender-specific variations.
Methods: Data from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) database [1990-2021] were employed in Joinpoint Regression Program to compute the Annual Percent Changes (APC) and Average Annual Percent Changes (AAPC).
Biofilm formation plays a key role in developing antimicrobial resistance in Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and is thus a major virulence factor responsible for persistent intramammary infections and subclinical mastitis in goats. The current study investigated the prevalence and molecular characterization of biofilm-forming S.

Major hemoglobinopathies like beta-thalassemia and sickle cell disease require regular blood transfusions, leading to chronic iron overload. This review examines the efficacy and safety of deferiprone, an oral iron chelator, in managing iron overload in pediatric patients with transfusion-dependent conditions.

It is commonly acknowledged that low-density lipoprotein (LDL) is a major cause of ASCVD. Several online databases and search engines, such as Pub- Med and the Cochrane Library, were used to conduct a thorough search.

Background: Dengue fever is the most rapidly spreading mosquito-borne disease and has grown to be a major public health issue, especially in tropical nations like Bangladesh. Globally, children, adolescents, and young adults bear the largest burden of Dengue; the infection rate is highest among infants. However, the epidemiology of pediatric dengue virus infection has been poorly explored in Bangladesh.

These three nations-key Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) members and a nexus between Europe and South Asia-are experiencing diverse environmental challenges due to varying climatic conditions. Following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, we conducted a comprehensive search in the Scopus database, ultimately identifying 76 relevant articles out of an initial 492.

Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is seen in a substantial proportion of individuals experiencing trauma. The last few decades have been significant in terms of PTSD-related research; however, a quantitative charting of the evolution in evidence-based treatment modalities for PTSD is lacking. The objective of this study was to conduct a bibliometric analysis to bridge this gap in knowledge.

In this paper, we deal with -convex function, Hermite-Hadamard type inequalities, and Katugampola fractional integrals. Firstly, we established the Hermite-Hadamard type inequalities for -convex function via Katugampola fractional integrals operators.
