Understanding the dietary niche characteristics of across different population densities is of great significance for correctly recognizing its function and position in grasslands and scientifically evaluating their harmfulness. Using Bayesian stable isotope mass balance mixing model, we analyzed the dietary habits and ecological niche characteristics of four tissue types of at different population densities in the alpine meadows of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The liver and muscle tissues represented short-term diets, while hair and bone tissues represented long-term diets.

This review aims to systematically introduce current evidence on the interactions between AOS and gut microbial communities, focusing on how AOS improves health through regulating gut microbiota. Initially, the structural factors of AOS that influence their functions are highlighted, including molecular weight, monomer composition, terminal structure, and chemical modifications.

The remains of Hongshan culture have been found in an area stretching from today's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to Liaoning Province, covering an area of over 200,000 square kilometers. However, the question of how Hongshan culture occupied such a vast geographical location, following either the demic diffusion (i.

Objective: To explore the biomechanical properties of a four-dimensional structure locking osteosynthesis plate that can alter its structure and functionality over time.
Methods: According to the AO classification (AO-A2) standard, 18 artificial femoral shaft oblique fracture models with the same position and shape were generated and subsequently randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 9). In the experimental group, the four-dimensional locking plate was fixed, and in the control group, the locking plate was fixed.
Minimal residual disease (MRD) serves as a pivotal biomarker for the clinical diagnosis and subsequent treatment of cancer patients. In hematological malignancies, MRD pose an increasingly serious threat to the health of Chinese people. Accurate MRD detection is essential for assessing relapse risk and optimizing therapeutic strategies, yet current methods such as flow cytometry, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and next-generation sequencing (NGS) each have distinct limitations, and significant gaps remain in achieving optimal sensitivity and specificity of these technologies.

A total of 83,028 unigenes was assembled utilizing Trinity software, with an N50 length of 1721 bp and a mean length of 1004 bp. Among these unigenes, 51,822 were annotated in six public databases.

Background: Both initial mechanical stability and subsequent axial interfragmentary micromotion at fracture ends play crucial roles in fracture healing. However, the conversion timing of variable fixation and its effect on and mechanism of fracture healing remain inadequately explored.
Methods: A magnesium degradation-induced variable fixation plate (MVFP) for femurs was designed, and its conversion timing was investigated both in vitro and in vivo.

Background: Treatment of large segmental bone defects is still a major clinical challenge, and bone grafting is the main method. The development of novel bone graft substitutes will help solve this problem.
Methods: Porous bioceramics hydroxyapatite (HA) scaffolds coated with different ratios of HA/β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) were prepared by 3D printing.

Hypoxia leads to hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH), causing right ventricular hypertrophy (RVH). RVH becomes a significant and nonnegligible public health issue in the world. In our study, we successfully established the HPH rat model and found that RVH happened in HPH, and then we observed an increased inflammation response in the heart tissue of HPH-induced RVH rats.

In order to meta-analyze the effect of evidence-based ministration on the efficacy, incidence of pressure ulcers and prognosis of stroke are used. Literature retrieval is carried out in Wanfang Medicine, PubMed database, biomedical literature, and other medical databases through medical data and computers, focusing on the efficacy, pressure ulcer incidence, and prognosis of stroke sufferers after applying evidence-based ministration. For the relevant medical information literature on the effect, RevMan 5.

In order to study and explore the application effect of intra-abdominal pressure monitoring in guiding ICU patients to implement early enteral nutrition therapy, we selected patients admitted to the emergency department of a hospital and classified them into groups A ( = 105) and B ( = 98). Among them, the A group gave early enteral nutrition treatment by monitoring the residual gastric mass, and the B group gave early enteral nutrition treatment by monitoring the stomach. It has been established that, compared to gastric residue monitoring, intra-abdominal pressure monitoring in ICU patients with early enteral nutrition therapy has an obvious advantage, it helps to improve the prognosis of patients, and intra-abdominal pressure combined with gastric residual monitoring scheme can effectively reduce the early enteral nutrition in the ICU patients, the incidence of abdominal distension, vomiting, and make it reach the goal as soon as possible.

However, limited studies have been conducted on the ecological stoichiometry of plants after the change of community composition induced by removal in alpine grassland in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.
Methods: We investigated the effects of removal on ecological stoichiometry by estimating the C:N:P stoichiometry in species, functional group and community levels of the ecosystem.
Epichloë endophytes have been shown to be mutualistic symbionts of cool-season grasses under most environmental conditions. Although pairwise interactions between hemiparasites and their hosts are heavily affected by host-associated symbiotic microorganisms, little attention has been paid to the effects of microbe-plant interactions, particularly endophytic symbiosis, in studies examining the effects of parasitic plants on host performance. In this study, we performed a greenhouse experiment to examine the effects of hereditary Epichloë endophyte symbiosis on the growth of two host grasses (Stipa purpurea and Elymus tangutorum) in the presence or absence of a facultative root hemiparasite (Pedicularis kansuensis Maxim).

Licorice is an important traditional Chinese medicine with clinical and industrial applications. Genetic resources of licorice are insufficient for analysis of molecular biology and genetic functions; as such, transcriptome sequencing must be conducted for functional characterization and development of molecular markers. In this study, transcriptome sequencing on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 sequencing platform generated a total of 5.
