Selective isolation and extraction is significant in the accurate monitoring of triazoles residuals in complex samples. In this connection, electric field reinforced solid-phase microextraction (ER-SPME) based on molecularly imprinted microelectrode (MIM) was developed for the specific capture of triazoles in environmental water and fruit juice samples prior to HPLC quantification. Using triadimenol (TRN) and acrylic acid as template and functional monomer, respectively, in-situ polymerization technique under the assistance of electric field was employed to conveniently prepare MIM.

In this study, under the assistance of electric field, a molecular-imprinted-polymer functionalized electrode (MIP@ED) was in-situ prepared using 3-indoleacetic acid (IAA) as template and employed as the adsorbent of electric field-assisted solid-phase microextraction (EA-SPME) for specific capture of PHs.

Background: Observational studies have demonstrated that there was a significant correlation between systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and anxiety disorder, but the causal relationship between them is not so clearly established. This study aims to reveal the potential causal link between SLE and anxiety disorder.

Methods: Summary statistical data of SLE and anxiety disorder were from two large-scale genome-wide association studies (GWAS) of European ancestry, followed by a bidirectional two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis.
