With the rapid development of information technology and the widespread acceptance of the concept of sharing educational resources, open education has gradually become an important part of China's national education system as a flexible and efficient learning method. It is also playing a significant role in promoting educational equity and lifelong learning. However, how to effectively implement open education and improve the satisfaction of students who receive open education remains a crucial issue that needs to be addressed.

In this study, four rapid methods (ACE2-RBD inhibition assay, S1-IgG detection, RBD-IgG detection, and N-IgG detection) were established and evaluated based on chemiluminescence technology. For the first time, a broadly neutralizing antibody with high affinity was used as a standard for the quantitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 specific neutralizing antibodies in human sera.

The measurement of isolated vacuolar membrane vesicles demonstrated that the transgenic plants had higher V-H(+)-PPase activity compared with wild-type plants (WT). Overexpressing TsVP in cotton improved shoot and root growth, and transgenic plants were much more resistant to osmotic/drought stress than the WT.

Salinity is one of the major environmental factors limiting plant growth and productivity. An H(+)-PPase gene, TsVP from Thellungiella halophila, was transferred into cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) in sense and antisense orientations under control of the cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) 35S promoter. Southern and Northern blotting analysis showed that the sense or antisense TsVP were integrated into the cotton genome and expressed.
