Background: Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly shaping daily decision-making by enhancing efficiency and consistency. However, prolonged AI use may impose cognitive strain, attention depletion, information overload, and decision fatigue.
Aim: To investigate the relationships among AI anxiety, attitudes toward AI, cognitive performance, trust in AI, and decision fatigue, particularly emphasising long-term AI interaction.
Cupressuflavone (CTM-01), a potential biflavonoid isolated from exhibited antimicrobial, analgesic, cytotoxic and wound-healing properties. The present study aims to evaluate the renoprotective effects through and models as well as elucidate the underlying mechanisms of its nephroprotective action under diabetic conditions. The effects of CTM-01 on cell viability (25, 50, and 100 µM) and intracellular ROS production were evaluated in cultured normal rat proximal epithelial cells (NRK-52E) grown under high glucose conditions (30 mM) while streptozotocin (STZ) induced rats were treated with CTM-01 at 25 mg/kg for four weeks and the effects on different biochemical, histological, and molecular parameters were studied.

Here, we investigate the femtosecond laser-activated magnetization dynamics in FeNi/FePt composites using time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect (tr-MOKE) spectroscopy across the both visible and extreme ultraviolet spectral ranges. Observations from visible tr-MOKE reveal ultrafast demagnetization and an initial magnetization reorientation, characterized by a transient increase in the in-plane magnetization vector occurring on timescales shorter than 500 fs.

A key challenge lies in the necessity for simple and cost-effective sEV isolation methods to achieve high purity and yield suitable for research and clinical applications. We are introducing a comprehensive study on isolating sEVs using a novel cocktail strategy that integrates chemical precipitation and ultrafiltration with a two-step filtering process to ensure a highly pure and homogeneous population and further compared with PEG-based precipitation, ultra-centrifugation, and size-exclusion-chromatography columns.

However, there are still gaps in the fight against this disease. Researchers are exploring the hippo pathway, one of eight significant pathways involved in cancer progression, for potential biomarkers to use in personalized therapeutics.

Literature has demonstrated that a "hot tumor" which contains high T lymphocytes in the tumor microenvironment exhibits a better response to immunotherapies than a "cold tumor." This study aimed to investigate whether tumor-intrinsic IFNα and CXCL10 determine the recruitment and activation of CD8 T cells to become "hot tumor.

Chronic inflammation and synaptic dysfunction lead to disease progression and cognitive decline. Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) are implicated in AD progression by facilitating the spread of pathological proteins and inflammatory cytokines.

Predicting host-virus protein-protein interactions (HV-PPIs) is essential for identifying potential host-targeting drug targets against SARS-CoV-2 infection. This study aims to identify therapeutic target proteins in humans that could act as virus-host-targeting drug targets against SARS-CoV-2 and study their interaction against antiviral inhibitors.
