Chronic heart failure (CHF) affects 1-2% of adults in developed countries, with up to 50% experiencing sleep-disordered breathing (SDB). Sacubitril/valsartan (sac/val) has shown potential benefits on respiratory function, but its effect on SDB remains uncertain. This study aims to evaluates the effectiveness of sac/val on SDB and respiratory function in CHF patients.

Dual diagnosis of neurobrucellosis and Anti-LGI1 encephalitis: a rare case report.

Background: Anti-LGI1 encephalitis is a subtype of autoimmune encephalitis characterised by cognitive dysfunction, psychiatric disorders, faciobrachial dystonic seizures, and hyponatraemia. Background: Salidroside is a potential therapeutic agent for myocardial infarction (MI), exerting therapeutic effects on macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF)-regulated mitochondrial quality control. Background: Accelerated continuous theta burst stimulation (acTBS) is a more intensive and rapid protocol than continuous theta burst stimulation (cTBS). However, it remains uncertain whether acTBS exhibits anxiolytic effects. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of acTBS on anxiety model mice and elucidate the underlying mechanisms involved, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of its effects.

Novel ultraviolet-dermoscopy: Early diagnosis and activity evaluation of vitiligo.

Background/objective: Polarized dermoscopy, Wood's lamp, and reflectance confocal microscopy were currently commonly used auxiliary technology in vitiligo clinic diagnosis. To improve the efficiency and accuracy of different periods of lesions of vitiligo, we used a novel ultraviolet (UV)-dermoscopy (Model CH-UVDS30, Ultraviolet wavelength range of 360<390nm, Chuanghong Science and Technology Company, China) in clinical observation.
