Unlabelled: Guava ranks among top five economically important crops of India. However, it records highest postharvest loss and needs to be processed for higher shelf life and utility. This study entails evaluation and process standardisation for development of guava crisps through atmospheric frying.

Although the Indian subcontinent harbours a vast natural population of Jamun, limited knowledge exists regarding superior genotypes.

Physical, mechanical and optical characteristics were enhanced by the incorporation of plant extracts. Water solubility of films decreased upon addition of plant extracts, with MP extract films showing the lowest solubility.

Among the fruit crops, temperate fruits, during the period of evolution, have developed the mechanism of tolerance, i.e.

Three types of 3' -biotinylated oligonucleotide probes [(CT)14, (GT)12, and (AAC)8] were used to develop microsatellite enriched libraries. A total of 153 transformed colonies were screened of which 111 positive colonies were subjected for Sanger sequencing.
