Purpose: Student audiology training in tinnitus evaluation and management is heterogeneous and has been found to be insufficient. We designed a new clinical simulation laboratory for training students on psychoacoustic measurements of tinnitus: one student plays the role of the tinnitus patient, wearing a device producing a sound like tinnitus on one ear, while another student plays the role of the audiologist, evaluating their condition. Purpose: This clinical practice guide (CPG) aims to provide evidence-based recommendations for promoting and enhancing the participation and integration of children with developmental coordination disorder (DCD) into physical activities that take place in the home, school, community, or rehabilitation clinic contexts.

Methods: A panel of key stakeholders relevant to these contexts (parents, instructors, rehabilitation professionals) developed evidence-based recommendations using a consensus methodology after reviewing results from a recent systematic review of relevant literature. The quality of the evidence on which the recommendations were based was evaluated (2011 Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine Levels of Evidence scale) as was the strength of the final CPG recommendations (American Society of Plastic Surgeons Grade Recommendation Scale).

Since there was no French tool adapted to the reality of people with autism enrolled in a work integration program in Quebec, we have modified the Profile of Rehabilitation and Adaptation in a Work Context for People with Intellectual Disabilities according to the scientific literature on autism. Content validity (n=17) and applicability (n=5) were done with success. Result is an Excel compiler containing 3 informative tabs, 10 tabs on the dimensions of work rehabilitation (59 items) and 4 tabs used to compile the results.

Purpose: The objective of this study was to compare the effects of an in-clinic cervicovestibular rehabilitation program (education, home exercises, manual techniques, sub-symptom threshold aerobic exercise [STAE] program) to a similar program (education, home-exercises, STAE program), but without manual techniques, provided in a telerehabilitation format in adults with persisting post-concussion symptoms (PCS).

Materials And Methods Design: In this parallel-group non-randomized clinical trial, 41 adults with persisting PCS were allocated to the in-clinic ( = 30) or telerehabilitation ( = 11) program. Background: Individuals with affective-prosodic deficits have difficulty understanding or expressing emotions and attitudes through prosody. Affective prosody disorders can occur in multiple neurological conditions, but the limited knowledge about the clinical groups prone to deficits complicates their identification in clinical settings.
