Introduction And Importance: There exist some potential complications following chiari decompression surgery but tolosa hunt syndrome(THS) as a possible complication has never been reported in medical literature. Despite considered as a diagnosis of exclusion, tolosa hunt syndrome as late complication following posterior fossa decompression surgery for chiari 1 malformation is a potential differential.
Case Summary: 20 years old male presented with headache and multiple ocular complaints 36 day after posterior fossa decompression surgery for Chiari I malformation.

Background: Professional cricket players are at significant risk for injuries, yet research on injury prevention knowledge and practices in Nepal is limited. This study aimed to assess the knowledge and practices related to sports injuries among professional cricket players in Nepal.
Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted using semi-structured questionnaires among 124 professional cricket players.
Background: Cubitus varus, a common complication of pediatric supracondylar humerus fractures, presents with internal rotation, extension, and varus angulation. While primarily considered a cosmetic concern, it can lead to significant complications, including chronic pain, ulnar nerve palsy, and posterolateral elbow instability. This study evaluates the effectiveness of supracondylar dome osteotomy in decreasing lateral condylar prominence and improving functional outcomes in patients with cubitus varus.
