Background/objectives: Silent cerebral infarction (SCI) is a common but underrecognized condition characterized by asymptomatic cerebral lesions detected via magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). While traditional vascular risk factors contribute to its pathogenesis, novel biomarkers may enhance risk stratification. The serum albumin to creatinine ratio (sACR) reflects nutritional status and renal function-two factors closely linked to vascular health.

Purpose: To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of image-guided therapies-including transarterial chemoembolization (TACE), radiofrequency (RF) ablation, microwave ablation, and percutaneous sclerotherapy-for the treatment of giant hepatic hemangiomas (GHHs).
Materials And Methods: A comprehensive search was performed across PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, including studies with ≥5 patients that reported image-guided treatment of GHHs. Primary outcomes included technical success, adverse events (AEs; classified according to the Society of Interventional Radiology [SIR] system), clinical success (symptom relief without additional intervention), and radiologic success (≥50% size reduction and/or lack of enhancement on follow-up imaging).

Kidney stone disease is relatively uncommon in pediatric populations, although its incidence has been steadily increasing in endemic regions. Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL), considered the most suitable approach for the treatment of large kidney stones, offers a minimally invasive option with fewer complications. This study evaluates the predictive accuracy of the STONE, Guy's Stone Score, and stone-kidney size (SKS) scoring systems in determining stone-free rates following pediatric mini-PCNL procedures.

High-risk coronary plaques (HRP), identified through coronary CT angiography (CCTA), are closely linked to cardiovascular events. Nutritional status and systemic inflammation may play a critical role in the development of HRP. The Naples Prognostic Score (NPS), which integrates markers of nutritional status and systemic inflammation, has emerged as a potential predictor of outcomes in various cardiovascular conditions.

Trichophyton indotineae, formerly known as T. mentagrophytes internal transcribed spacer (ITS) genotype VIII, has been recognized over the last decade due to its high virulence and resistance to treatment. Its accurate identification in routine mycology laboratories remains challenging, as it shares phenotypic traits and substantial rDNA ITS similarity with T.

The infraorbital foramen (IOF) is a key reference point on the face, as the infraorbital nerve, which passes through it, is distributed across the face and provides sensation to important structures of midface region. The objective of this study is to conduct a morphometric analysis of the IOF in 3 dimensions. CBCT images of 92 individuals (50 females and 42 males) aged between 18 and 60 years were taken and transferred to the 3D Slicer program, and 3D images were obtained.

: The objective of the current research is to assess the benefits that come with antegrade ureteral stenting coupled with imaging techniques in children and also provide a new classification based on the ureter's morphological elements. : Between 2011 and 2024, 107 antegrade stent placement procedures performed in 71 pediatric patients aged 0-12 years who could not undergo retrograde double-J stent placement were retrospectively analyzed. According to the morphologic structure of the ureter, four categories were classified as normal, straight/slightly angled, S-shaped, and spiral-shaped.

Objective: In recent years, the application of robotic assistance in diagnostic and therapeutic endovascular neurointerventional procedures has gained notable attention. In this systematic review and meta-analysis, we aim to evaluate the feasibility, safety, and current indications of robotic-assisted neurointerventions and to assess the degree of robotic assistance and reasons for unplanned manual conversion from robotic assistance.
Methods: We searched Medline, Scopus, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library databases following PRISMA guidelines and included studies with ≥ 4 patients reporting on robotic-assisted neurointerventions.

Purpose: To investigate the effects of varicocelectomy on premature ejaculation (PE) in patients with varicocele and infertility.
Methods: A total of 82 sexually active patients aged 18 years or over who had undergone microscopic subinguinal varicocelectomy with a clinical diagnosis of varicocele in 14 urology clinics between October 2021 and March 2023 with primary infertility were evaluated prospectively Patients were evaluated using the Turkish validated form of the 'Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool' (PEDT) scale. A PEDT score of 11 or above was taken to indicate the presence of PE.

Purpose: Although the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) value from diffusion-weighted imaging can provide insights into various pathological processes, no studies have examined the relationship between the pre-concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) mean ADC (ADC) values of the masseter muscles and radiation-induced trismus (RIT) in locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (LA-NPC) patients. Therefore, the current research aimed to investigate the significance of pre-CCRT masseter muscle ADC values for predicting the RIT rates in LA-NPC patients treated with definitive CCRT.
Materials And Methods: The pre-CCRT ADC values of the masseter muscles and the post-CCRT RIT rates were evaluated.

Soft tissue sarcomas are rare cancers and most cases are metastatic at the time of diagnosis. Although the chances of survival are good with surgical treatment in the early stages, systemic treatment in the advanced stages is only associated with a survival duration of ~12 months. Alterations in the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene are becoming increasingly recognized as pan-cancer indicators in solid tumors.
