People with dementia are living longer in the community and reliance on informal caregivers is increasing. Few studies have focused on the experiences of adult-daughter caregivers (daughter caregivers), who may have increased risk of depression and lack of support compared with spousal caregivers. We aimed to explore the experiences of accessing and receiving formal and informal support among daughter caregivers of people living with dementia in Sweden.

Early-career researchers (ECRs) play a key role in conducting animal experiments in academic research. However, they face considerable challenges, including poor working conditions, and inadequate strategies for managing distress. These difficulties are often amplified in animal research, where a lack of consensus on the 3Rs (replacement, reduction, and refinement), challenges to navigate complex regulations and ethical dilemmas can further complicate the situation.

Purpose: The current study investigated the impact of a short mobile training implemented in peer pairs to teach the Communicating Choices-CVI (Peers) strategy to support interactions with students with multiple disabilities.
Method: A pretest-posttest control group design was used to evaluate the effects of the training created on the INSTRUCT app, which used a checklist of steps with video models to teach elementary-age peers a strategy to structure opportunities for students with multiple disabilities to communicate choices. Peers were randomly assigned to the experimental group ( = 10) or control group ( = 10) and then video-recorded while interacting with students with multiple disabilities during one pretest and one posttest interaction in their typical educational settings.
Background: People with opioid use disorder (OUD) often exhibit high rates of nonprescribed drug use and low retention on buprenorphine. This study tested the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of an intervention combining peer recovery coaching and CBT4CBT-buprenorphine (CBT4CBT+RC) to reduce nonprescribed drug use and increase buprenorphine retention.
Methods: A randomized trial conducted from December 15, 2020, to November 24, 2021, compared an 8-week CBT4CBT+RC intervention to treatment as usual (TAU).

Purpose: This paper aims to introduce an adapted, culturally competent leadership conceptual framework for indigenous health care, aiming to improve health access and address gaps in Western-centric leadership models.
Design/methodology/approach: A systematic literature review and thematic analysis of 32 peer-reviewed articles were conducted, guided by transformational and cultural sensitivity frameworks to adapt a conceptual framework to support health access in indigenous communities.
Findings: The adapted indigenous leadership conceptual framework (AILCF) includes 11 interrelated leadership themes - visionary leadership, supportive and empathetic leadership, adaptive leadership, integrity and ethical leadership, communicative leadership, courageous leadership, cultural competence, community engagement and relationship-building, historical trauma and healing, structural change and leadership in crisis - synthesized through transformational and culturally sensitive leadership lenses to support equitable health access and culturally grounded leadership in indigenous health-care settings.
