Background: Breast cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related morbidity and mortality and imposes substantial financial strain on individuals and society. Minoritized groups, particularly Black/African American (AA) women, face a heightened risk of financial toxicity during treatment, even after accounting for socioeconomic differences.
Objective: The aim of this study was to explore and provide meaningful interpretations of the financial experiences of Black/AA breast cancer survivors (BCSs).

Aim: Early identification of limited intellectual functioning is important for providing support. This study investigated whether a universal child development score (D-score) at 12, 24 and 36 months can predict limited intellectual functioning at 5-10 years of age, in addition to neonatal and parental characteristics.
Methods: A case-control study using developmental milestones and health records from three Dutch child healthcare organisations.

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection poses significant challenges in solid organ transplant (SOT) recipients, impacting graft outcomes, morbidity, and in some cases survival. The ESOT CMV Workshop 2023 convened European experts to discuss current practices and advances in the management of CMV with the aim of improving the quality of life of transplant recipients. Discussions covered crucial areas such as preventive strategies, diagnostic challenges, therapeutic approaches, and the role of cell-mediated immunity (CMI) monitoring.
