ChatGPT has been increasingly used in clinical practice, education, and research. In orthopedic research, ChatGPT's accuracy in clinical decision-making has been a major concern, with results ranging from 33% to 80% accuracy. Inaccuracies from ChatGPT can be harmful to clinicians, trainees, or patients when responses appear plausible, are trusted, and acted upon.

Objectives: This study examines gynecologic oncology fellows' perceptions and use of social media and artificial intelligence (AI) and their perception of virtual fellowship interviews.
Methods: A cross-sectional, IRB-approved survey was distributed to fellows enrolled in ACGME-accredited gynecologic oncology programs across the United States in December 2023. The survey collected demographic data and assessed social media engagement, AI utilization, and perceptions of their applicability in clinical, educational, and professional settings.

Educational materials advocating whole-body donation must be accurate, easy to read, and transparent, as one potential solution to the fact that the supply of donations is not keeping pace with educational demand, thereby disrupting anatomy education programs. The use of AI technologies to supplement communications with prospective donors and next of kin deserves investigation to determine whether LLM-based approaches meet the common requirements for effective communication. This study contributes to the limited literature on LLM-supported communications by presenting a comparative quantitative benchmark and an adaptable evaluation framework.

To optimize the deployment of Generative Artificial Intelligence in health care, it's essential for health care professionals (HCPs) to understand these technologies' capabilities and constraints. This study explores HCPs' initial impressions and experiences using ChatGPT, a Generative Pre-trained Transformer, in Pediatric Critical Care Units (PICUs). By conducting focus groups with a diverse set of HCPs, we aimed to assess their awareness, utilization, perceived benefits, and concerns about incorporating ChatGPT into their PICUs.
