Reconstructing brain sources is a fundamental challenge in neuroscience, crucial for understanding brain function and dysfunction. Electroencephalography (EEG) signals have a high temporal resolution. However, identifying the correct spatial location of brain sources from these signals remains difficult due to the ill-posed structure of the problem.

Multi-modal remote sensing image (MRSI) matching suffers from severe nonlinear radiometric distortions and geometric deformations, and conventional feature-based techniques are generally ineffective. This study proposes a novel and robust MRSI matching method using the side window filter (MSWF). First, a novel side window scale space is constructed based on the side window filter (SWF), which can preserve shared image contours and facilitate the extraction of feature points within this newly defined scale space.

Metal dual-atom nanozymes (DAzymes) with two sites commonly offer more advantages over single-atom nanozymes (SAzymes) in terms of electronic structure modification and synergy. However, the design of DAzymes remains challenging. Herein, we present a novel ion-imprinting strategy for preparing an axially coordinated Fe-Fe DAzyme (CNBFe-3-800) with an unreported configuration of FeNB active sites on a N,B-doped carbon support.
