Autoimmune hemolytic anemias (AIHAs) are not very common, and autoimmunity is an important cause of hemolytic anemia, especially in female population. Some primary AIHAs are cold or warm agglutinin mediated anemia. Autoimmune reaction leads to macrophage activation as well as conversion of normal RBCs into spherocytes leading to their destruction and causing hemolysis leading to anemia. Rarely autoimmune phenomena can lead to agglutination however Cold agglutinin disease or Warm agglutinin disease have specific tests which are diagnostic for them. Here, we highlight a known case of Grave's disease who was admitted to the emergency and on sampling the peripheral blood repeated agglutination/clumping of RBCs occurred on glass surface but nothing happened in the plastic EDTA tube. This to the authors was extremely puzzling phenomena which occurred even on repeat sample for the case, Hence the authors warranted a need to discuss this.

Statement Of Problem: Despite high survival rates of implant-supported single crowns, retention loss remains common and decementation of crowns can compromise long-term stability, patient satisfaction, and treatment costs. Limited long-term evidence on cement type, abutment design, and materials requires further research to optimize clinical outcomes.
Purpose: The aim of this retrospective clinical study was to analyze the survival and decementation rates of zirconia and metal-ceramic implant-supported crowns in combination with different abutments (prefabricated or custom and unabraded or airborne-particle abraded).

Shocked quartz grains are an accepted indicator of crater-forming cosmic impact events, which also typically produce amorphous silica along the fractures. Furthermore, previous research has shown that shocked quartz can form when nuclear detonations, asteroids, and comets produce near-surface or "touch-down" airbursts. When cosmic airbursts detonate with enough energy and at sufficiently low altitude, the resultant relatively small, high-velocity fragments may strike Earth's surface with high enough pressures to generate thermal and mechanical shock that can fracture quartz grains and introduce molten silica into the fractures.

In vitro assessment of the inhibitory effect of antiplatelet drugs on platelet aggregation is frequently employed to guide personalized antiplatelet therapy in clinical practice. However, existing methods for detecting platelet aggregation rely heavily on high concentrations of exogenous agonists, which may obscure part of the inhibitory effect of antiplatelet drugs and lead to an underestimation of their effects. This study validates a novel analytical strategy for evaluating the effects of antiplatelet drugs by quantifying the microscopic three-dimensional morphological parameters of platelet aggregates formed through spontaneous aggregation on a glass surface.

The binary composites of liquid () and crystalline () difluoroboron β-diketonate (BFdbk) complexes exhibited a metastable nature arising from the intricate interplay between their liquid and crystalline components in bulk. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements indicate nearly complete miscibility of and when the fractional volume of occupied a substantial portion, corresponding to below 47 mol % of the content.
