We present a decoupling method for a composite modulation model in a simple frequency-scanning interferometry (FSI) scheme for dynamic absolute ranging. The method employs a multi-synchrosqueezing transform for data processing, enabling accurate and robust estimation of the instantaneous frequency and effective separation of target motion from the interference signal within the composite modulation model. Both simulations and experimental results demonstrate the proposed FSI scheme's superior dynamic ranging performance. In vibration target measurements at a standoff distance of 15 m, the system achieved a relative error of less than 9.78% for amplitude and 1.60% for frequency in the range of 100-1000 Hz in vibration target measurement.

In the last decades, immunotherapy has revolutionized cancer treatment. Despite its success, a significant number of patients fail to respond, and the underlying causes of ineffectiveness remain poorly understood. Factors such as nutritional status and body composition are emerging as key predictors of immunotherapy outcomes.

Background: Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is a rising health issue linked to poor diet and gut microbiota dysbiosis. The Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay (MIND) diet, high in polyphenols and anti-inflammatory nutrients, may help protect against MASLD. This study examined how adherence to the MIND diet relates to MASLD severity, focusing on hepatic steatosis, fibrosis, insulin resistance, inflammation, and gut microbiota diversity.

Coronary microvascular disease has been found to increase the incidence of the composite endpoint for cardiovascular events and affect coronary revascularization. Coronary microvascular disease is often accompanied by epicardial disease, and despite successful revascularization and optimal medications, coronary microvascular disease may lead to reduced exercise tolerance and worsening clinical symptoms. Moreover, despite advances in percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary revascularization, the management of microvascular obstruction in reperfused myocardial tissue remains challenging and is a high-risk procedure.

Background And Aim: Hematological parameters are critical indicators of health and physiological status in goats. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of location, feeding regimen, age, and body condition score (BCS) on hematological parameters in Creole goats reared under extensive systems on the southern coast of Peru and to establish context-specific reference values.
Materials And Methods: A total of 111 multiparous goats from nine herds were assessed.

Background And Aim: The global demand for efficient poultry production necessitates alternatives to antibiotic growth promoters. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of a novel four-component organic-mineral feed additive (OMFA), comprising lactulose, arginine, ultrafine silicon dioxide particles, and succinic acid, and a three-component variant (without lactulose) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, elemental tissue composition, and the cecal microbiota of Arbor Acres broiler chickens.
Materials And Methods: One hundred and five one-day-old broiler chicks were randomly allocated into three groups: Control, Group I (four-component OMFA), and Group II (three-component OMFA).
