Article Abstract

Two-dimensional (2D) magnetic materials exhibit a wide array of fascinating magnetic properties, making them highly attractive for spintronic applications such as high-density nonvolatile memories and multifunctional nano-devices. Recently, chromium tellurides (CrTe) have attracted significant attention due to their metallic band structure, strong magnetic anisotropy, and tunable exchange couplings. The unique tunability of magnetic properties in a metallic ground state makes CrTea promising platform for generating, controlling, and manipulating spin currents. This review summarizes recent advances in large-scale 2D magnetic CrTeepitaxial thin films, emphasizing synthesis techniques that produce high-quality, large-area films. It explores the role of self-intercalation and heterostructure engineering in tailoring the magnetic and structural properties of these materials. We also review the band structure, magnetic characteristics, and spin dynamics of CrTe, with a particular emphasis on thickness-dependent band dispersion, magnetic anisotropy, and the emergence of skyrmions. Moreover, this review highlights the applications of CrTein spintronics, covering the anomalous Hall effect, topological Hall effect, spin valves, and spin-orbit torque devices. The goal of this review is to furnish readers with a comprehensive overview of the intriguing properties of CrTecompounds and to inspire further innovative studies on the vast potential of 2D magnetic materials for next-generation spintronic and quantum devices.

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the performance of ChatGPT (GPT-4o) in interpreting free-text breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) reports by assigning BI-RADS categories and recommending appropriate clinical management steps in the absence of explicitly stated BI-RADS classifications.

Methods: In this retrospective, single-center study, a total of 352 documented full-text breast MRI reports of at least one identifiable breast lesion with descriptive imaging findings between January 2024 and June 2025 were included in the study. Incomplete reports due to technical limitations, reports describing only normal findings, and MRI examinations performed at external institutions were excluded from the study.

Surgical treatment for tumors located at the third ventricle and/or hypothalamic regions is significantly challenging due to the surrounding crucial neural and vascular structures. In 2013, the transventricular preforniceal approach was reported for exophytic chiasmatic/hypothalamic astrocytomas extending into the anterior third ventricle. Although this approach may be safe and effective for selected patients, this approach can only be applied when the space between the anterior commissure and the fornix is stretched by the tumor.
