Objectives: Checkpoint inhibitors have significantly improved outcomes in a number of malignancies. To determine the most effective course of treatment for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), this systematic review evaluated the efficacy of several therapeutic approaches based on immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).
Methods: A comprehensive evaluation of the literature was conducted, looking at randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that were published in Embase, PubMed, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials since database establishment.

Background: This paper focuses on women's subjective experiences with UTIs and antibiotic use. Uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTI) are among the most common infections treated in primary care, however, there is limited evidence regarding the experiences and their antibiotic treatment preferences.
Objective: The aim of this study is to gather experiences, beliefs, and attitudes regarding the use of antibiotics and the participation in the clinical trial.

Using precision analytics approaches with population health data helps identify localized patterns of social determinants and comorbidities, supporting the design of tailored interventions. The University of Kentucky College of Public Health (UKCPH) and UK King's Daughters (UKKD) have partnered to create a Precision Public Health Alliance (PPHA) applying precision analytics to UKKD electronic health records (EHR) as well as secondary datasets to map social, demographic, and clinical comorbidity factors onto colorectal cancer (CRC) screening data in UKKD's rural service area (the northeastern Kentucky counties of Boyd, Carter, Greenup, and Lawrence and southeast Ohio county of Lawrence). In addition to UKKD and UKCPH clinicians and researchers, PPHA includes a community-based Action Team of local social services, behavioral health, and public health agencies and Cooperative Extension agents responsible for translating findings into quality improvement priorities.

Agricultural supply chains face significant challenges in achieving food security and sustainability, particularly due to climate change and waste production. Effectively managing these supply chains, especially in the context of uncertainties, is crucial for optimizing resource use and minimizing waste. This research develops a multi-objective optimization for designing a sustainable and responsive closed-loop agricultural supply chain network, focusing on jujube products under uncertain conditions.

The watersheds face increasing pressure from both human activities and natural factors, which exacerbate potential risks and pose significant challenges to integrated watershed management. This study developed an effective methodology to evaluate watershed sustainability and predict potential risks based on watershed resilience dynamics by combining catastrophe theory, adaptive cycle theory, and the Copula-Bayesian Network. Taking the Dahei River Basin (DRB) in China as a case study, we systematically evaluated the resilience dynamics, diagnosed risks, and tracked key driving factors to propose management strategies.
