This case series evaluates the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of real-time computed tomography fusion with ultrasound guidance (CTF-USG) in percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation (RFT) for trigeminal rhizotomy. Traditional imaging modalities such as CT and fluoroscopy lack real-time visualization, increasing the risk of vascular injury and reducing procedural precision. The CTF-USG technique integrates CT imaging with real-time ultrasound via electromagnetic tracking, enabling accurate needle navigation and anatomical confirmation. Six patients with refractory trigeminal neuralgia affecting the V2 or V3 divisions underwent RFT guided by CTF-USG. All procedures achieved first-attempt needle placement success with no immediate complications. Postoperative assessments demonstrated significant reductions in pain scores at one and three months. The real-time imaging capability facilitated avoidance of critical structures, enhanced procedural safety. In conclusion, CTF-USG offers real-time imaging superior to C-arm fluoroscopy or standard CT, reducing complications and improving procedural accuracy. Primary technique efficacy was 100%. These advantages support its adoption in treating refractory trigeminal neuralgia.

Unlabelled: Leptomeningeal metastasis (LM) is a severe complication of solid malignancies, including lung adenocarcinoma, characterized by poor prognosis and diagnostic challenges. This study assesses whether curvilinear peri-brainstem hyperintense signals on MRI are a characteristic feature of LM in lung adenocarcinoma patients.
Methods: This retrospective study analyzed data from multiple centers, encompassing lung adenocarcinoma patients with peri-brainstem curvilinear hyperintense signals on MRI between January 2016 and March 2022.

Purpose: To study the efficacy and safety of pro re nata regimen of brolucizumab, without loading dose, in treatment-naive patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).
Case Series: Retrospective, observational study. We included all consecutive patients diagnosed with treatment- naïve nAMD undergoing Brolucizumab in Humanitas eye clinic, Turin, Italy between April 2022 and May 2023.

Introduction: Interstitial lung disease is a major complication in patients with common variable immunodeficiency. There are some publications that try to shed light on the pathophysiology of this non-infectious complication, most of them highlight the role of follicular T cells and CD21 B cells. Moreover, there are no guidelines based on randomized controlled studies on the treatment of patients with interstitial lung disease and the published case series or small uncontrolled studies describe a wide range of response rates to treatment.

Background: Slapping automatism is a type of automatism observed during epileptic seizures, but its underlying electrophysiological mechanisms remain poorly understood. Stereo-electroencephalography (SEEG) provides a unique opportunity to investigate the associated cortical areas with epileptiform discharges during the slapping automatism.
Case Report: We report five cases of drug-resistant epilepsy in which SEEG recordings captured slapping automatism.
