Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the inherent and after cyclic loading fracture strength of implant-supported cantilevered fixed prostheses fabricated from recently introduced additively manufactured (AM) and subtractively manufactured (SM) materials, considering variations in prosthesis height.
Materials And Methods: Three cylinder-shaped master files (20 mm long and 11 mm wide) with varying heights (7, 11, and 15 mm) and a titanium-base (Ti-base) abutment space were designed. These designs were used to fabricate a total of 144 specimens with two AM resins indicated for definitive use (Crowntec; AM-CT and Flexcera Smile Ultra+; AM-FS), one high-impact polymer composite (breCAM.
As integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing advances toward smaller technology nodes, conventional lithography methods are increasingly challenged by the diffraction-limited resolution, escalating process complexity, and rising costs. Among these challenges, overlays have a particularly pronounced impact on manufacturing quality. To address this issue, this paper proposes a high-order overlay correction model that employs a two-dimensional fifth-order polynomial to accurately fit and characterize the distribution of overlays.

Osteoporosis is a prevalent metabolic bone disorder with complex molecular underpinnings. Emerging evidence implicates endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) in its pathogenesis; however, systematic exploration of ERS-related genes (ERSRGs) remains limited. This study aimed to identify ERS-related differentially expressed genes (ERSRDEGs) in osteoporosis, construct a diagnostic model, and elucidate associated molecular mechanisms.

Introduction: The complement receptor 1 (CR1) gene is identified as the one closely associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, there has been no exploration of the imaging alterations associated with the CR1 gene in AD patients of the Han population. The purpose of this study is to investigate the association between the rs6656401 mutation and neuroimaging variations in Han AD patients.

In routine forensic chemical casework where measurements are performed on reference materials, determination of measurement uncertainty is described in several guidelines. The proposed methods often have the drawback that they are not derived from a statistical framework and may lead to conservative confidence intervals. Furthermore, the formulas involved may vary considerably for different types of reference material.
