Unlabelled: IXE (Ixekizumab) is a monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-17A (IL17A) which has demonstrated significant efficacy and safety in the management of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in randomized controlled trials (RCTs). However, available data on long-term persistence of therapy are scarce.
Methods: This multi-center study aimed to evaluate the drug retention rate (DRR) of IXE in a real-world setting and to identify key factors influencing treatment persistence. 195 patients with PsA treated with IXE between 2018 and 2024 were included. The primary outcome was DRR, calculated at 360, 720, and 1080 days after treatment initiation. Clinical and demographic factors were analyzed as potential predictors of IXE treatment permanency.
Results: IXE retention rates were 66% at 360 days, 49% at 720 days, and 39% at 1080 days. Low baseline disease activity was a strong predictor of higher retention (HR 0.24, 95% CI: 0.09-0.62, = 0.003), while younger age was significantly associated with improved persistence (HR 0.98, 95% CI: 0.96-1.00, = 0.045). Conversely, patients with both axial and peripheral joint involvement were more likely to discontinue therapy (HR 1.78, 95% CI: 1.04-3.06, = 0.036), as were those receiving IXE as a second- or third-line therapy (HR 1.17, 95% CI: 1.02-1.33, = 0.021).
Conclusions: This multicenter real-world study confirms the long-term retention rate of IXE in PsA. The findings highlight key factors influencing treatment persistence and provide valuable insights to optimize patient management. Further real-world research is needed to better understand the therapeutic performance of IXE in different patient populations.

Indocyanine green (ICG) is a well-established near-infrared dye which has been used clinically for several decades. Recently, it has been utilised for fluorescence-guided surgery in a range of solid cancer types, including sarcoma, with the aim of reducing the positive margin rate. The increased uptake and retention of ICG within tumours, compared with normal tissue, gives surgeons a visual reference to aid resection when viewed through a near-infrared camera.

Prussian blue analogues (PBAs) have emerged as promising cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) due to their low cost, simple preparation, and high theoretical specific capacity. The integration of high-entropy concepts with framework-structured PBAs has pioneered a new pathway for performance optimization in SIBs cathodes. However, most scholars have only studied the five elements constituting high entropy as a whole, while challenges such as the role of each element and optimization of the proportions among constituent elements remain unresolved.

The Indian Sundarban Delta (ISD), located at the confluence of the Ganga-Brahmaputra-Meghna river system along India's eastern coast, is among the world's most geomorphologically dynamic and environmentally vulnerable deltaic systems. Over the past five decades, the region has undergone substantial morphodynamic changes driven by natural forces such as relative sea-level rise, wave action, and sediment flux, as well as anthropogenic factors like upstream water regulation via dams and barrages. This study examines the long-term evolution of shoreline and island morphology across the ISD from 1972 to 2025 using multi-temporal Landsat datasets under consistent tidal conditions.

Minoritized racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender communities and populations face profound health disparities and their engagement in research remains low. In a randomized controlled trial, our community-based participatory research partnership tested the efficacy of ChiCAS, an HIV prevention intervention designed to increase pre-exposure prophylaxis use among Spanish-speaking transgender Latinas. Of 161 eligible Spanish-speaking transgender Latinas screened, we enrolled 144, achieving an 89% participation rate, and retained 94% at 6-month follow-up.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries (AZIBs) represent an environmentally benign energy storage alternative. However, the VO cathode suffers from limited cycling stability and rate capability due to structural instability, vanadium dissolution, and high desolvation energy caused by the large size of [Zn(HO)] deintercalation. Address these issues, we introduce a VO/VOPO (VOP) heterostructure that that reinforces the crystal structure to suppress vanadium dissolution and establishes a hydrophilic interface reducing the desolvation energy of Zn.
