This work investigates the problem of collaborative target tracking by multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in maritime search and rescue. A class of time-varying (TV) convex optimization problems with inequality constraints is presented. In contrast to existing studies that address UAV-based maritime search and rescue under fixed wind speed conditions, this study also explores collaborative target tracking by UAVs under varying wind speed conditions.

Achieving optimal alignment and fit is a key aspect of ankle-foot orthosis (AFO) design, as it directly influences the effectiveness of the device. While digital workflows offer the potential to integrate quantifiable alignment measures and corrections into AFO design, a major challenge remains in controlling lower-limb positioning and alignment during 3D scanning. This study aimed to evaluate pediatric AFO alignment and shape differences of directly scanned (live scan) vs casted lower limb models.

Background: Carotid artery stenosis is a major cause of stroke. Non-contrast MR angiography (MRA) using time-spatial labeling inversion pulse (Time-SLIP) may offer potential advantages over 3D time-of-flight (TOF)-MRA for simultaneous visualization of carotid, vertebral, and subclavian arteries, but remains uninvestigated.
Purpose: To determine optimal black blood inversion time (TI) for visualizing the carotid and subclavian arteries using three-dimensional (3D) fast field echo (FFE) Time-SLIP MRA, and to compare its image quality with 3D TOF-MRA.

Introduction: anatomical deformities such as developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) and Perthes disease represent a challenge for reconstruction. The use of 3D-printed models can be helpful for assessing the deformity, bone mass, implant size, and orientation.
Objectives: to prospectively evaluate the outcomes of 3D simulation in primary total hip arthroplasty.

Purpose We aimed to compare postoperative changes in intervertebral foraminal areas and the mechanisms of foraminal stenosis following fixation surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) with local kyphosis and instability, using three-dimensional computed tomography (3DCT). Methods We retrospectively analyzed 55 patients who underwent posterior cervical spinal fixation using pedicle screws. A total of 71 spinal levels (C2/3 to C7/T1) and 144 intervertebral foramina with anchor screws inserted in the upper and lower vertebrae were examined.
