The prevalence of AGA is continuously rising, with an earlier age of onset. Currently, only minoxidil and finasteride have received FDA approval for the treatment of AGA, inadequately addressing the pressing clinical needs. Recently, the involvement of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in AGA has attracted increased research interest.

IL-17A is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that significantly contributes to the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases, including multiple sclerosis (MS). Previous studies have suggested that PARP-1 inhibitors can modulate IL-17A-mediated inflammation, prompting the investigation of Niraparib, an FDA-approved PARP-1 inhibitor, as a potential therapeutic agent for MS. In this study, we hypothesized that Niraparib could disrupt the interaction between IL-17A and its receptor, IL-17RA.

The NS5 RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) of dengue virus (DENV) and Zika virus (ZIKV) is highly conserved, making nucleoside-based RdRp inhibitors a promising strategy for antiviral development. While nucleoside analogs have shown strong clinical potential, challenges such as cell permeability, the efficiency of triphosphate conversion, degradation, and mitochondrial toxicity remain.

Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is a life-threatening obstetric complication. We aimed to identify the drugs that associated with PPH based on the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) data, providing scientific evidence for targeted prevention of drug-related PPH risk factors. Data from 2004Q1 to 2025Q1 were extracted from FAERS, and disproportionality analysis was performed to identify potential drug signals.

Peripheral sensory neurons regenerate their axons after injury to regain function, but this ability declines with age. The mechanisms behind this decline are not fully understood. While excessive production of endothelin 1 (ET-1), a potent vasoconstrictor, is linked to many diseases that increase with age, the role of ET-1 and its receptors in axon regeneration is unknown.
