The electronic medical record was queried for patients with uterine malignancy and enlarged uterus (≥ 250 g) who underwent primary hysterectomy with laparoscopic or robotic approach. Objective: To demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of intraluminal endoscopic treatment of patients with adenomas of the major duodenal papilla and familial adenomatous polyposis.

Material And Methods: Over the past 4 years, 13 patients with adenomas of the major duodenal papilla and familial adenomatous polyposis underwent surgery in our hospital. Of these, 7 patients had exclusively extrapapillary adenomas without signs of spread to the ducts.

For lumbar spinal canal stenosis, endoscopic spine surgery typically employs a unilateral approach. While this approach has the advantage of early access to the lamina, it risks damage to the facet joint on the entry side. Additionally, decompression of the ipsilateral lateral recess can be challenging, sometimes resulting in inadequate decompression laterally, leading to incomplete symptom relief.
