Background: The potential association between dietary inflammatory index (DII) and colorectal cancer (CRC) risk, as well as colorectal adenomas (CRA) risk, has been extensively studied, but the findings remain inconclusive. We conducted this systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis to investigate the relationship between the DII and CRC and CRA.
Methods: We comprehensively searched the PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases for cohort and case-control studies reporting the relationship between DII and CRA, or between DII and CRC, as of 15 July 2025.

The adoption of robotic pancreatectomy has grown significantly in recent years, driven by its potential advantages in precision, minimally invasive access, and improved patient recovery. However, mastering these complex procedures requires overcoming a substantial learning curve, and the role of structured mentoring in facilitating this transition remains underexplored. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to comprehensively evaluate the number of cases required to achieve surgical proficiency, assess the impact of mentoring on skill acquisition, and analyze how outcomes evolve throughout the learning process.

Background: One-anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB) has gained popularity as a bariatric operation due to its shorter operation time and lower perioperative complication rates, compared with Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB). However, OAGB is associated with short and long-term complications. Notably, in some reports a subset of patients developed liver dysfunction after OAGB, in some cases causing death or requiring liver transplantation.

Rationale And Objectives: The diagnostic value of traditional imaging methods and radiomics in predicting macrotrabecular-massive hepatocellular carcinoma (MTM HCC) is yet to be ascertained. Therefore, this meta-analysis aims to compare the diagnostic performance of radiomics and conventional imaging techniques for MTM HCC.
Materials And Methods: Comprehensive publications were searched in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library up to 28 February 2025.
