Considering the issue of privacy leakage and motivating more sophisticated protection methods for air-typing with XR devices, in this paper, we propose AirtypeLogger, a new approach towards practical video-based attacks on the air-typing activities of XR users in virtual space. Different from the existing approaches, AirtypeLogger considers a scenario in which the users are typing a short text fragment with semantic meaning occasionally under the spy of video cameras. It detects and localizes the air-typing events in video streams and proposes the spatial-temporal representation to encode the keystrokes' relative positions and temporal order. Then, high-precision inference can be achieved by applying a Transformer-based network to the spatial and temporal encodings of the keystroke sequences. Finally, according to our extensive real-world experiments, AirtypeLogger can achieve a Character Error Rate (CER) of less than 0.1 as long as 7 air-typing events are observed, which is impossible for previous approaches that require long-term observation of the typing activities online before launching inference attacks. Prodrugs with enzymatic activation requirements, such as the weakly basic biopharmaceutical classification system (BCS) class IV compound abiraterone acetate (ABA), face considerable bioequivalence (BE) risks owing to their pH-dependent solubility, food effects, and variable intestinal hydrolysis. This study established clinically relevant dissolution specifications for ABA using biorelevant dissolution and physiologically based biopharmaceutics modelling (PBBM). Two dissolution methods, two-stage (gastrointestinal transfer simulation) and single-phase (biorelevant media), were evaluated under fasted and fed conditions.

Parallel syntheses and their throughput capabilities are powerful tools for the rapid generation of molecule libraries, making them highly beneficial for accelerating hit identification in early-stage drug discovery. Utilizing chemical spaces and virtual libraries enhances time and cost efficiency, enabling the faster exploitation of chemically diverse compounds. In this study, a parallel synthesis method for rapidly generating a 5'-amino-5'-deoxy adenosine-based amide and sulfonamide library of 42 compounds is described with high yields and purity, which is economical and ecological due to the reduced requirements for extensive purification.
