Article Abstract
Talarombrevisone A (), Which is a -aminopropionate compound containing two polyketide units, and two known compounds Ethyl linoleate () and Talaromycin A () were isolated from , an endophytic fungus of . Structure of was elucidated by infra-red, mass spectrometry, one-dimensional and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra. The inhibitory activity on phosphodiesterase 1 of the three compounds was investigated. Among them, showed moderate activity with inhibitory rate of 58.35% at 271.6 μM.
